What an absolute nightmare to get our clients banking details changed with BonCap at Bonitas. This was already sent to them the last week of November 2025 and still nothing has changed. Weekly follow up calls fall on deaf ears and new promises are made to no avail.
What a nightmare experience I had with DK Couriers in George. I bought a foldable rubberduck at BoatsSA and they used DK Couriers to get get my boat to me before Easter. DK Couriers called me to say I owe them money and must pay them before I can get my boat. I told them that I do not owe them money as I paid BoatsSA for the courier costs. They still refused to deliver my boat until BoatsSA pay them for this specific delivery. According to Boats SA they pay them monhtly. I even called the owner of DK Couriers as I am now in the middle of a fight about something I am not responsible for, but cannot get my boat I bought as the courier refuse to deliver. Even the owner of DK Couriers in George is the rudest person and owner of a business i spoke to in a long time. I will for sure not recommend using them at all as I never will.

An absolute nightmare to business with this company. They are quick to take your money and then if you do not receive you package, you are on your own. I ordered and paid my page on 03/11/2020. I received and email from Zaful with the shipping number BUFZA2110048104YQ. I then recived an SMS from Buffalo Logistics to state that I must collect my package from PEP in George, Western Cape. On MY arrival I was told that the package was damaged and it was taken back by the courier. Numerous calls were made to the courier company, lots of emails to Zaful customer service with no joy at all. Zaful just refer me to the courier company. WHAT A DISGRACE!! Almost R2 000 and I have nothing to show for the money I paid!!!
Firstly I visited this KFC 2 weeks ago at about 7am for breakfast and coffee. Was told at the drivethrough that I need to get out of my car to order and get my food inside the store. Tonight I used the drivethrough at the same KFC. I was stopped 5m before the ordering window by a staff member. She said that I must tell her what I want. I asked her why I am stopped and cannot order my food at at the designated window in front me. On 5 October 2015 I heard a rattling noise coming from the engine and thereafter sent my car into an Rmi approved workshop to diagnose the problem. They have diagnosed that the engine has sludge build up and requires a total engine overhaul. The cost of repairs are R90 000. After extensive dialogue with the dealership they have informed that they will be paying nothing towards the cost of repairs even though the vehicle is under 6 months since purchase . They have told me to use the Sa warranties cover I have on the vehicle which will only pay R20 000 to repair the vehicle . This is not possible as the cost of repairs is R90 000. A R70 000 deficit that they are not willing to pay . Mr Clive Wainwright( Dealer Principal) says that the R70 000 is on my account and that I am liable for the cost even though this engine problem is through no negligence or fault of my own . What a pathetic dealership . I regret the day I set foot through their doors . We apply for a loan at MFC throught Ebk. After the loan were approved, we were informed that because we do not buying cash the price has been increase to R74 900. Additional to that we must also pay R5 000 for a service and R7 000 for a warranty. We feel that we were supposed to be informed before of the increasing of the price before we start applying for the loan. Fortunately I have not been holding my breath as to date no contact"
