Bad Service
I I would like to lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred at Shoprite Usave on Skosana Xaba Street 16/4/2026. I sent a child to purchase onions from the store.however, the child mistakenly bought potatoes instead. Upon realizing the error immediately, we returned to the store to request an exchange. The manager on duty refused to assist us, stating that Shoprite’s policy does not allow for returns or exchanges on vegetables. I would like clarity on this policy, as there is no indication on the receipt or in-store signage stating that vegetables cannot be returned or exchanged. Given that the mistake was identified and reported promptly, I believe the matter could have been handled more reasonably. I kindly request confirmation of this policy and an explanation as to why no exception could be made under these circumstances.

Poor and Mediocre service
I placed an order on Pick ‘n Pay asap and got confirmation that my order will be delivered between 14:00-14:30.at 16:05 the status was still waiting for driver called support spoke to a lady by the name of Karyn and said there is a shortage of drivers she placed me on hold to follow up and gave me a number for the guy who has my order that number doesn’t go through until now the status of my order is waiting for driver at 18:08,the app doesn’t even give me the option to cancel order

bad service
I ordered food from McDonald's Silver Lakes on May 23rd, 2025, via Uber Eats. Normally after ordering, I constantly check how far they are, but I noticed the route that the driver was taking is different, and I thought to myself that maybe he has some stops before he comes to my house. When it showed that he was 4 minutes away, I went outside on the street to wait for him. As I was waiting, I got a chat notification that he was outside. I asked him, Outside, where? Because I'm waiting outside of my street, he said, I'm at the address that you provided. I responded by saying, The address I provided is **** Kalaka Street, and now I'm standing outside Kalaka Street. He said, Flash your light. i asked, which light must i flash because im standing at kalaka Street?" I went on to ask him where he was exactly because on the gps it shows that he is at Xenon street can he please tell me where he is so i can go and get my food He decided to end the chat. After a few seconds, I got a notification of a photo that my food was delivered to that house. It's my 1st time seeing that house. I drove to McDonald's Silver lakes hoping i would find him so that he can show me where he delivered my food. i could not find him and the lady i spoke to at McDonald's said no order was returned and advised me to log a complaint because they are also tired about complaints they receive about uber eats drivers I had to buy more food, meaning I spent R800 on that day. When I reported this to their support, I was told that once an order is dropped off at a secured and documented location, it is considered complete. can i get assistance for my refund
