WORST TELECOMMUNICATION IN SA *********** STAFF CANNOT ASSIST WITH ANY QUERIES. NO TECHNICIANS AVAILABLE TO DO A JOB CONSULTANTS AT CALL CENTRE ARE MOST INCOMPETANT.
WORST SERVICE PROVIDER Awaiting a technician to activate my fiber. I am told that a technician will be sent but to date no joy. I have noticed on facebook as well that there are a lot of complaints. My service was taken from Vumatel via Telkom. I have contacted Telkom regarding my fiber, they say they have issued an order for activation and a technician will be sent. I contacted Telkom after 4 days and I was told the same thing. When I contacted telkom today I was told the same thing. If Telkom services are so pathetic then obviously Vumatel will be just as bad.
NO TECHNICIAN WILL ATTEND TO YOUR INSTALLATION AS AN EFFICIENT SERVICE PROVIDER WILL. DO NOT DEAL WITH VUMATEL OR YOU WILL WAIT DAYS FOR THEIR SERVICE TO BE RENDERED
Moto Health Care does not even deserve "1 star" Worst Medical Aid Rather you go blind than consult an Eye Specialist because Medical aid does not make payment in full. Has limited funds for specialist visits.
Management and staff of hospital are very caring and loving. You are not treated as a patient but as a family member by the staff.
Rekha from accounts department at Midlands Medical Hospital is excellent at her job. She is efficient and a caring individual.
ZERO STAR Very poor service. Not worth the money paid every month for the service received. Always have an issue when claims submitted.
I would like to thank Prashand for the prompt response regarding my refund. As there was a misunderstanding with the supplier there was no refund sent to him for the accommodation. He is awaiting refund from supplier. Hope matter is sorted ASAP.

Had a good holiday but after service is very poor. Have been waiting for months for an accommodation refund from them . Very poor response from them. Prashand always gives excuse that awaiting for refund, but if trip was cancelled for a member then sure he did not pay. He had originally informed me that two places accomodations was not paid and I will received that but still waiting
