Purchased a Printer and cartridges form them. Everything was fine until last month when the Black cartridge wouldn't accept on the printer. Took printer and cartridges in to be tested as it is under warranty still. Gideon refused to test anything. instisted that we purchase another set of new cartridges and test ourselves! I refused to do that as it is not the responsibility of the consumer to do fault finding if all the related products were purchased from them and under warranty still. Gideon insisted that i take the machine back and run another head cleaning as he believes its not the ink cartridge that is faulty but in fact the printer. (He has still not tested anything). I took the printer back and ran the head cleaning however i was still sitting with same error. The next day i took it back to him, he booked the device in. Did not hear from him or anyone at the store for 2 weeks! Myself and my business followed up regularly however we were just told that Julie was following up with their supplier, but were never given an update from that. I then called Gideon 2 weeks later for an answer and proceeded to complain to him about the poor and pathetic service we have received thro
