I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Relevance For Men Tailored Suits. On Tuesday, 06 May 2026 at approximately 10:57, I called to secure an appointment for a consultation regarding a suit I need. I was initially given an appointment for Friday, 08 May 2026 at 14:00. Later that same day at around 11:13, the receptionist called me back and informed me that they actually had an opening available on Thursday, 07 May 2026 at 12:00 instead. I checked my calendar immediately and confirmed that I was available for the Thursday appointment. Today (Thursday), I arrived at their offices for my scheduled appointment only to find no one there. I waited for approximately 6 to 10 minutes before the receptionist arrived. When she asked for my name, I could immediately tell that she was surprised to see me there. She then asked who I had come to see, and I explained that I had an appointment for a consultation because I wanted to purchase a suit. She then made a few phone calls before returning to inform me that my appointment was actually scheduled for Friday, not Thursday. I explained that the appointment had been changed from Friday to Thursday during the call I received from her. She then checked the call records, where we both confirmed the outgoing call she made to me regarding the appointment change. After verifying the calls, she apologised and admitted that she had made a mistake and had intended to contact another client instead. As a result of this error, I incurred unnecessary travelling costs and wasted valuable time. While I appreciate the apology, this situation could have been avoided with proper attention to detail and professionalism. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, especially considering that this was my first interaction with the establishment.
I received an sms and the email to say how much I am being charged for damages and I responded to the email to ask where can i pay the bill and I was informed that the charges has been deducted from my credit card. I then asked when can I get my deposit back and I got no response. I sent 3 emails asking about my deposit and I still get no response. Not even a single email was responded to. All I need to know is when can I get my deposit back
I have been calling to request the insurance history and agents drop calls on me. I sent emails with no response.
I am not happy with the service I am getting from flexclub. Since last week i have been asking to speak to someone with no luck. The only thing I am getting is emails that do not make sense to me. I do not have their number otherwise I would give them a call. I'm due for a refund and i'm given the run around when I ask when am i getting my refund. The sad part is that when you owe them they are able to call you but when when you need answers and ask for to give you a call they ignore you. Their service sucks big time and I would not recommend their service to anyone in the future
Hi. I had applied for car finance through Bethlehem auto star. I since applied on the 7th of february and paid the deposit of R10 000 but I don't get any feedback. The sales assistant that was assisting me is no longer taking my calls and is also ignoring my whatsapp messages. All I want now is my refund
I was offered a settlement by FNB to settle my credit card debt in 3 instalments and I accepted the offer. I paid the three instalments as per the agreement(October, November and December) but I haven’t received the paid up letter. It has been 3 weeks since I asked for the paid up letter but I haven't received it. I need the letter to register my niece at school. The debt still reflects on my credit profile so I need to produce the paid up letter as proof that the debt is paid off. It is causing a delay for niece to start school. Also I need my credit profile updated with the correct information, that the debt is paid off
I did an online purchase on superbalist and tried to use payfast option to pay for the purchase. It kept on giving me issues for about 5 times until i opted to do an eft payment. Unfortunately after doing the eft payment was when I realized that one of my many payfast attempts actually went through. Now on my bank stament theres two payments that went off of the same purchase. I have been strugling for about a wek to get my refund calling everyday and sending emails back and forth. I sent through proof of payment to superbalist but Im not getting any joy from them
Im not happy with the service that I am getting from absa. I have been writing emails to absa from tuesday to release my money that is withheld but I have not been getting any response. Not even an auto reply to say that they at least acknowledge receipt of my email. when I call and ask for a number Im told that I can only contact them via mail they do not have a phone line. sent 5 emails so far to 2 different email address but still I get no response. Please help
I bought a wireless bluetooth speaker at game in Bloemfontein on the 31st of january. in march around the 24th the speaker could not charge because the small unit that holds the charger so that the speaker can charge fell inside. I could not take back the speaker at the because the lockdown was about to start. During level 4 I contacted game and informed them about the speaker situation. I was told that because of the lockdown and the speaker not being an essential i cant take it back. When level 3 started I went to game with a printed copy of my bank statement because I was told to bring it with since I had lost a receipt. I gave them the copy of the statement and they told me that they will get a copy of the proof of purchase from the head office and I will receive a call to bring in the speaker. It has been 3 weeks and I havent received a call to bring in the speaker for repairs. This is unacceptable. I have been sitting with a broken speaker for more than three months now. I know its not fully their fault but at least they should act quick in helping people with their issues.
I have a nephew who is a student at CUT, FS and is renting a room at Rumah court which is one of the buildings managed by Leslie Barnard Property Investments. My nephew (staying in room 1B1) complained about a bed that is not comfortable and is difficult to sleep on. He was told that if he is not happy with the bed he can move out. The bed has a plank underneath and the matress is very old and has holes in it. I tried contacting the agency last week and sent them the pictures of the bed to show them the situation of that bed. I was told that they will attend to it and to this day nothing has been done. The condition of that bed is not good at all for someone to sleep on especially someone who is paying rent every month.
