Great professional service, from start to finish
Great professional service, from start to finish. Communication was of a high level. Punctual. Quick pack up and delivery. Extremely happy with the service provided. Would definitely recommend and make use of them again.

Heart-warming, genuine assistance.
Not pleasant to lose your mobility due to a horrific crime, which is an ongoing occurrence in this country, but the empathy and assistance offered by the consultant was heart-warming and felt really genuine. Thank you for your service and really going the extra mile to assist my Mom in not losing her 8 years of loyalty to this company.

Early Arrival
Received a call from their call centre within minutes of lodging my claim on my insurers app. Not having the relevant info at hand the agent called back 15 minutes later at my request. Within 2 days I had an appointment and as I had indicated I would be available all day, the installer arrived way before the time as he was unsure whether with his set trip, he would it make it back on time for my scheduled appointment.

Urban Bru - Great Crew!
Tucked away next door to the nursery in the Mica Hardware store at Eastgate Shopping Centre, join them for a superb, value for money meal indoors or outdoors overlooking the nursery. Great food, great prices and lovely friendly staff. Once you have been once, you will keep going back for more.

Go to Battery Replacer
Started my weekend with a ‘dead’ battery. Initially the battery was assessed to just require a lengthy overnight charge. As I did not have the facility to charge a battery without a major inconvenience, I was supplied with a loan battery for the weekend until the battery could be charged and a definite answer provided. As promised I had the answer by lunchtime. The battery was replaced in the worst possible rain, with no complaint. The’jacket’ on my old battery was duly removed and placed over the new battery, without even having to ask. Always have had great friendly service, but this time they really went the extra mile and tried to save me on an unnecessary spend.

Taste of Belgian Waffle
No frills, simple little street side restaurant. Indoor and outdoor facilities. Menu to suit everyones taste buds. Feeling like a Belgian waffle, definitely their forte. Great tasty food along with Very friendly, attentive staff. Seem to be a number of regulars who clearly frequent this little street size gem.

BLOUBERG PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REPUTATION DECLINE
Not even worthy of one star. Their website indicates great ethics, but in essence there is not one of these ethics that is taken seriously. Service driven/personalized service - never return calls or respond to mails. Never unwilling to assist - easier to just ignore. Reliability - still waiting for a follow up call to confirm visit to my unit. Professionalism - professionals return calls & e-mails, address problems. Dedication - to what,, not property management! Treat the scheme as it is their own - I would be living in a dilapidated unit if they treated it as their own. Interest in aesthetics, value of properties - property devaluing by the day, due to lack of interest. Ethics look great on paper, but if this is not what the business is about. Looking for a Managing Agent - STAY AWAY! Rather keep looking for a company that sticks to their ethics and gives what is expected.

A taste of staying safe!
Well organized and distanced tables to feel safe during time spent in this establishment. Great freshly prepared food. Professional friendly staff. A couple of fantastic specials, for the cash strapped, but looking to have a meal out.

Fiddlewoods, not in the woods.
Restaurant attached to Ryan’s Nursery. Nice setting, looking out into The neighbourhood or a date with your kids facing onto the nursery. Food is always fabulous. A menu to suit every visitor. Friendly, efficient staff. Even outside of the restaurant they connect . Feel like part of a family. If you love something Scottish, you might even get a little ‘taste’ of the bagpipes while relaxing on the covered balcony.
