VERY GOOD SERVICE!
Cool Ideas has given me such good response to queries and sorts them out fast. There are no companies that I know of that come close to their level of service. Very impressed.

Watch out for Billing "errors"
I don't trust the billing of Cool Ideas. They charge for my voice lines separately and then add voice lines below and bill again. They say that it is an error in billing but this has happened 3 times now. I wonder how many people are not aware of this and how much they get away with it!!
