I am extremely disappointed with the service from JAC Motors Boksburg and JAC Motors South Africa regarding a serious warranty issue on my JAC T9 2024. I purchased the vehicle from King of Cars. Within a month, the vehicle already had performance issues and had to be taken to JAC Motors Boksburg, where it stayed for about two weeks. This was my first warning sign about the quality of support. In December 2025, I returned the vehicle to JAC Motors Boksburg for its 60,000 km service, which was completed through their authorised workshop. No issues were reported at that time. In March 2026, I noticed abnormal engine noise and returned the vehicle again under warranty. I was then told that exhaust manifold bolts were missing and that I must personally pay approximately R4,000 for replacement of bolts and a gasket.This makes absolutely no sense: The vehicle is still under warranty, It has only been serviced by authorised dealerships, Exhaust manifold bolts are NOT wear-and-tear items, No missing components were identified during the recent service. Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership attempted to shift the cost to me. The vehicle remained at the workshop for about two weeks before meaningful feedback was provided, which reflects very poor customer handling. Because of this unacceptable response, I have now escalated the matter to MIOSA and the National Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in JAC, and I see most people are complaining about after sale service especially their warranty side of things.

Fnb edg multi product is running checks without a consent and this is affecting my score because of credit enquiries I didn't make. There is no respect for the law I see.

I received a call from Intelicell telling me that they are working for Vodacom and little did I know, they are scammers and even on their website they claim to be Vodacom associates and they have charged me R150 even though I didn't take up any contract with them. how in the hell, does a company charge you a fee even though you didn't take up a contract with them.
This company is a fraudster of note, they charge R150 admin even if you take up a cellphone contract, and they don't even disclose that fee. I feel I was robbed They are preying on innocent people. please expose these bushiris samming people. whatever you do, don't do business with Intelicell.
This is the most skelem gym company (sales people) I've ever known, they coerced me while I was under 3 months contract in 2017 to join a gym in Commissioner street. I was then advised that they would stop or freeze membership when my employment contract ended and provided them with termination letter now I get calls from Norman associates telling me I owe them R2700, what the hell? I want to engage consumer tribunal because these companies are exploiting us and our credit scores are affected. I really need these people to stop calling me because it makes me sick in my stomach. This culture of people wanting to reach targets by deceiving us is out of order, please helloPeter help us. Wanya Tsotsi, these corporate criminals should be stopped.

i got a call January this year 2015 from Richards and associates claiming that if i settle my debt they will give me 20% discount and there i take their offer and i was told my account will be closed and life goes on. then in march 2015 i decide to check with them if everything went well then i was told i should provide a proof that i was given the 20% discount and i told them i was told by the lawyers that the calls are recorded and told them since its Edgars lawyers they should have that recording at their request. <br> Then i find out that the 20% discount was now what they say i owe and interest was added. i try to explain nicely what happened and a rude call centre agent was very stupidly arrogant and telling me that i should pay otherwise they will blacklist me. her name was Dudu. we then called the lawyers(Richards and assoc) who told us that i do not owe anything and Edgars should close my account as it was settled.<br> Then the Edgars Agent promised to investigate and said they would call after 5 days,quess what they dint call.<br> <br> even today i still owe that and these crooks took me for a ride. i'm planning a big move if this is not solved.<br> My name is Edward 0763837059.
