I bought a packet of Crackly's Peanuts from a garage and I felt that they were not fresh. I called Crackly's on their customer line to complain and there was no hesitation from the Jacky with regards to sorting the problem out.<br> She simply asked that I send a picture of the packet and added that they would drop off a bag of goodies as compensation to me.<br> It was really refreshing to receive such pleasant service - a rare find these days.<br> <br> Thank you CRACKLY'S
