Merchan from Altech Autopage called me on 26 January 2016 saying that I qualified for an upgrade. He took all the info down on what phone I wanted and said it would be delivered to my office by courier.<br> <br> 16 days later I am still waiting...<br> <br> I have phoned Autopage Customer Care numerous times and they tell me they can see that the order has been processed. <br> <br> I called this morning again and I am being puled from pillar to post, I asked to speak to a manager in Customer Care but until I gave him my cell phone number he would not put me through and then I was left on hold until I put the phone down.<br> <br> I think its a scam and if not its certainly BAD customer service!<br> <br> After being a loyal customer since 1990 I am about to cancel my contract and move to a company that offers service.
I have 2 armchairs and 2 footstools that I love from Mobelli Outdoor Furniture. The plastic weave is starting to unravel so I have asked Mobelli if it can be fixed. I was told by the JHB Regional Sales Manager Richard that there will be a collection, delivery and repair cost. I asked how much it will be but have never received a quote, only a second e-mail from Richard saying it will be expensive and that instead of repairing the furniture Mobelli will buy back the furniture at 20% of the cost that I paid for it.<br> <br> I don't want to sell it I want to fix it...
After having a brain tumour at the beginning of the year I had to have nursing at home. We have paid tens of thousands for months of nursing. To get a refund from Discovery is proving to be impossible. I have submitted the paid up invoices and the nursing company has submitted the ICD-10 code and the external cause codes a few times by e-mail, and the owner of the nursing company has been in to Discovery in Sandton in person to sort this out for me but to date there is still no joy from Discovery.<br> <br> Each time I phone Discovery they give the same excuse... The ICD-10 and external cause code is missing.<br> <br> Are they stupid?<br> <br> I have reference numbers for each call that I have made and the Sister from the nursing company has reference numbers for her phone calls and visits too but this doesn't seem to help.<br> <br> Can anyone recommend a better Medical Aid please? I have been and Altech Netstar customer for many years. The warning system did not work in my car. After complaining for months I had it removed, and only when the system was out of my car did they call to say they were picking up a highjack signal!. After fighting to get my contract cancelled did they cancel it with \no penalty". At the end of July R2 500 was taken out of my bank account by Netstar as a settlement fee. On contacting them I was told it was an error on their side and I would be refunded. To date I am still waiting for my refund!"""
