Where do I even begin. From being hopeless to being greatful. I never thought that one day I'll be removed from debt review because I was told that debt review will remain on my profile forever. Thanks to Rebirth Legal and Associates for finalizing the removal of my name from debt review in just a month. On the 2nd of April 2024 at 15:38 I could not believe when I received a WhatsApp message to say that my name has been removed and that I should go and open an account at Identity or Telkom to prove that I've been cleared. On the same day at around 16:30 I decided to walk to Identity to try my luck. I was literally shaking and honestly thought that it was going to decline. I couldn't believe when they gave me the card and told me that it was approved. I was in disbelieve.I got home and informed Rebirth Legal and Associates,and immediately sent them the picture of the card. I was so excited that I couldn't believe that it is really possible. I'll never ever forget what Rebirth Legal and Associates has done for me. I'll forever be grateful for their great service,for always keeping me updated and making sure I understand how the process works. Keep up the good work,keep changing our lives for the better. We really appreciate such companies and we wish nothing but the best in all that they do. We now know that no one can abuse or bully in this department while we've got you on our speedial. A black child's life has changed because of you,and may the Almighty God richly bless you. Keep it up and I'll always keep you updated of how things are going in my life. I bought a brand New Tata Bolt in the December 2015 at Tata Germiston. After collecting the car from the dealership, I wanted to travel to Polokwane and had to make a U-Turn in Pretoria because it was late and the headlights were not working. I had to take the car back they following day and explained my frustration and they took into the workshop to fix the lights. The same month of December on the 20th December 2015, in the middle of the night, the car started with a very loud sound of an alarm that rang non- stop, tried to lock and unlock the car but still there was no change until the battery died and the alarm stopped. I contacted the sales person Leslie Legola, who suggested that I contact Roadside Assist, which came and towed the car to Tata Polokwane,which failed to fix the car until they contacted a technician fro Johannesburg to come fix the car. I had requested that they change the car and they told me they had to attempt fixing it several times before exchanging it. In July 2016, the car went for the 15 000 km without any problems and again for 30 000 km in January 2017. On 15 July 2017, the car did not have power and could not even start and had some funny sound when I started it, I had to call Roadside assist to come and tow the car, they towed it to Tata Highlands North and something was replaced on the car and the invoice says "Coil Assy with Ignit", and in the same month on the 27 July 2017, the car had the same problem of losing power and could't start, same process of contacting Roadside Assistance, which came and towed the car while I was at church and could not have any transport back home, was told that I should make alternative transport since they do not offer courtesy cars. This time the invoice came with this terms "Assy Gasket (Exhaust), Oxygen Sensor(Lamba), Gasket (TC Inlet to E)", which i don't even know what they mean. Still they refused to replace the car or even exchange it. On Monday the 4th December 2017, the car had some funny sound when I started it and was even vibrating, was no longer powerful, could only allow me to drive the car up to gear 3, and when you at the curve, it requires you to take it back to gear 1, just a mere curve. The car also had a "check the engine sign" which really frustrated me because I did not even know what it meant since I did not have the manual for the car, I was told in 2015 when I bought the car that since the vehicle is new, they are waiting for the manual( which I don't even have) and service book (which I only got this year on the 19 July 2017). I had to download the manual to understand what that sign meant. Since I have been getting a good service from Tata Highlands North, and unfortunately it closed down, I was forced to take the car to Tata Germiston where I bought the car. In July, I was blamed for taking the car to Tata Highlands North for service, and was told that I could have taken it to Tata Germiston, they could have done a better service but they failed to replace the car while it was still new. I took the car there, and now I'm told that the plugs have cracked and were replaced and that they need the invoice for the workshop that serviced the car for 45 000 km before they can return the car. I don't trust the car anymore, it's festive and I don't wanna find myself on the road with a car that's not trustworthy. I do not want the car anymore and I'm gonna send them all the required invoices but they should not expect me to fetch the car because I don't feel safe anymore. So I'm so disappointed that after so many problems I experienced with that car, they still find it difficult to sort out their messy car, and they are busy requesting invoices, I think this is one way for making me pay for their mistakes and their stupid car. I'm never setting my foot in that car again, they can keep it and use it as a courtesy car since they don't have one. The car is not even 50 000 km but I have already had enough stress. As a female, I expect to feel safe when I drive because, women need peace of mind when it comes to cars. I am never going to encourage anyone to buy a Tata model, I'm so angry that I have to go to my brother's funeral in Limpopo this weekend but have no transport to get there because of Tata. I no longer want the car and I don't care what they say, and I'm not going to leave this issue here, the fixing part does not work on that car, because they fix it and still something gets broken. So i'm always thinking what next will happen on the car. When I tell them to exchange the car, they tell me to consider trade-in, they don't even care how much its gonna cost one to do a trade-in. They don't wanna take responsibility and ownership. I'm so angry that from now on I'm going to discourage to buy any Tata.
