Pathetic service
Good day, please do not use this company as the service is pathetic. Firstly they promise to take you off debt review within 90 days. My 90 days ended at the end of December 2025. We are now in March 2026, six months down the line. They charge a fortune and then they outsource it to an independent person removing the debt review so the service is not being done by them. Now the independent person removing the debt is coming with a lot of stories that the systems is down and that it is a worldwide issue. I do not have time to wait forever and I have paid for the service. They do not answer the phone, you only get the phone menu options which you select but none of the selections are being answered. You send emails but that also does not get answered. They don't even respond if an inquiry is logged on their website. So if you are planning on removing your debt review please stay away. They are useless

Complaint debit order
These people are absolute idiots. They can't even get a debit order date correct and take money out of your account when it is not due. When asking for a refund they promise you, that you will get it today but then you get told it is only going to be later. I will not recommend them to anyone. Stay away, they don't know what they are doing.

Big ****!!!!! Beware
Good day, i just want to warn all the people outside there that is desperate for a loan not to trust this company Venturediva and a Mr.Avikar Ramnath I.D number 9002095164080 as they are *****sters. They ask you to pay R2500 to temporarily fix your credit report in order for you to get a loan. Also he quotes the Bible in his emails like he is a Christian but he de*****s desperate people like you and me. He knew the loan was for my son's cancer treatment but still he de*****s you. I would be ashamed if i was him. I know it is not a huge amount to pay but he commented over the phone that he had 85 loans to process so calculate that to an income of R212 500.00 per month for just writing an email and phone once or twice. Please be aware as many companies ask to pay for a legal document and then they ask more money so you pay and after the second time, you realise that you have been ****med. Now you are out of pocket still with no loan. Do not fall into this trap as these people are all ****mers

Never use them
This company is a ****. They keep on asking for money in order to obtain a loan. First they ask for an admin fee to get a contract created of R2 560.00, then they are asking for R3 015.00 to clear your name. The you get an sms to tell you, you need to pay SARS R5 210.00 to clear the payment as it comes from Barclays London. Then after that they ask you to pay R7 310.00 for a pin verification. If you cancel the contract they ask you to pay R1 450.00 cancellation fee to get a refund. They must be mad to think you should pay them to refund you. Never ever go to this company. This isnt even a real company, just a bunch of *****sters using this company name and then asking for a lot of payment. Taking peoples money is what they do. No loans granted

DSTV EXPLORA NO RESPONCE BAD SERVICE
I applied for the DSTV Explora on the 4 July 2015 and on 6 July it was approved. I asked the call centre operator if there was any fees that I needed to pay as the was on the payment plan option and was told no fees where due until the new decoder was received and installed, then they would cut off the old decoder and activate the new one. After waiting for 3 weeks for delivery and calling DSTV, I was told that On the Dot (Courier Company would phone me for delivery. Phoning on the Dot they had no record of any instruction to deliver the decoder. Phoning DSTV again, i was told that they needed to take a debit order for the decoder pro-rata. This is totally opposite of what I was told when I applied but their excuses was it is because of the system upgrade. I agreed and the debit order was suppose to go off on the 24th. I have been calling everyday as it is now the 31st and I have never had to plead and beg for someone to take my money. Calling the supervisor Shafiek yesterday, I was promised that he would call me back before the end of the day. Still no debit order has gone off and no phone call. What should I do to resolve. Cannot pay as they want a debit order to activate.
