I had experineced a terrible issue at Gold reef city theme park on the 26th of December. I had filed a complaint and even filled out documentation regarding this. I was told that by latest Tues (29/12/2015) I would receive a response. To date NOTHING at all! I also see many complaints on this site regarding Gold Reef City theme park, so what does this mean? Is anything being sone about it or not?
I had purchased a 6 pack montic long life milk from a store in lenasia. It was bad and definately not worth my while to drive all the way back to change. A few days later upon visiting the same store I had again purchased another 6 pack long life montic milk. And AGAIN it was bad. I had contacted montic directly. The very next day I was given a call by a lady named Juliana. She had requested some info from the packaging etc and after supplying this info, she had stated that she has forwarded my details to the relevant department for replacement purposes. Since which is almost 2 weeks later, there had been no replacement of the milk, no contact nothing. I just find it strange that even after receiving a complaint, they're still not on top of their game! Makes one wonder about the quality of the product too....
A few days ago I had posted a complaint regarding MICA Lenasia. The store owner has a disgusting attitude and speaks as he pleases. Oh and calls customer service \entertainment". They had replaced my tiles but refused to pay for the labour"
MICA Lenasia had supplied incorrect paint after seeking their professional advice. Upon the peeling of the paint 4 days later I was sent home with a staff member to now clean up the mess. A mess that was actually made 10 times worst. When the staff memeber could not fix it the management then decided to supply rubber mats to cover the affected area until my Christamas (EID) was over. After taking measurements I was given mats that could only cover 3/4 of the affected space in my kitchen. Please bare in mind that firstly whilst fasting we were out of the kitchen for 3 entire days thus causing a huge expense food wise, 2ndly MICA management did not even have the decency to send someone out but instead made it my problem to transport their staff to and fro and then to top if off and after supplying incorrectly measured mats, still dumps the mats on MEE and expected MEE to fit and cut this myself. The Manager at the store has a stinking attitude which simply brings a question to mind that how does MICA being such a big franchise NOT know about customer service and care?please if head office could kindly make contact for pictures of the state of my now damaged tiles
