Best coffee shop a huge let-down

Waitress hostile with very little etiquette, and sat us at an isolated table in a cold dark corner, no cake or dessert offered here (how strange), waitress walked away with our change instead asking if we would like it back. Apparently the coffee is made in a specific way that is naturally sweet, but nowhere (not even on the menu) was it mentioned. When we asked for sugar, as was our preference, we were met with a patronizing attitude. When we complained online, the person managing their Twitter account asked us what the problem was and after reading our complaint, responded with a very sarcastic : \Oh. Okay."I am not usually very critical of restaurants or waiters"
