Ghost top up data. For another month, I pay for a top up, and receive ghost data.
I was scammed of over R100k. They sold me a car with its odometer reversed or tempered with. Over 200km reversed.
Imperial Select Edenvale (Now Motus Auto) are crooks, scammers! I was sold car whose km displayed on the advert was actually realized over 3 years ago! Fraud! Misrepresentation! Bad customer service! They do not care about your satisfaction but concentrate on profits!
I bought a car from their auction with 100 000km on the clock. I afterwards took it to a dealership and found that it did 100 000km over 3 years ago! They spinned the millage and are now refusing to refund me!
Dear Telkom Mobile,

I have not received feedback from my last requests. I will not pay for data I have not used.

I still request a written apology form the 2 call center agents who hung on me after making me hold for an hour.

I was at the bfn store trying to get this matter resolved and mall security was called to come and remove me from the store, wait for it....the SAPS were also called to forcefully take me out of the shop and make me look like a criminal.

I am informed that about 5 other customers have complained about their data being depleted without them even using it also - we cant all be crazy.

Please note that I will not pay for data I have not used.

sending me a cdr does not mean that I have to agree to what's written on it. 5gig can't just vanish in 5days.

On a separate note, I had wifi range problems last year, I went to the same store in bfn and this is what happened:

The Bfn manager made me drive all the way to pta to get my range issue resolved in Dec 2014 as she did not know what to do, petrol, toll fees, all those costs. I got there and they could not help either, said I must go to Menlyn.
