Unhappy cold pizzas
Order special by phone and 20min later arrived at Romans Wilrogate and paid the order. After 45 min waiting I asked for the order to be checked the lady politely confirmed order is in process. After another 30 min waiting I asked again and this time the gentleman checked and find the order staced on the rack, the pizzas was very cold and he asked if it could be warmed up. That time I was furious as nobody called when the order was done. We need to heat the pizzas up at home but unfortunately when this is done the food came sticky and not pleasant. My grandkids was very unhappy and cross with me as the waited so long for the food and did mot enjoyed eating. We buy regularly at Romans but now decided never again will we support Romans pizza Wilrogate. Best part is that no one of the staff apologies at all....
