I got admitted to netcare parklands hospital on Friday the 28th of December,have been in hospital,overcharged on everything but I can't seem to find out what my diagnosis is. All they do is keep giving antibiotics for an infection but no one knows what infection it is,I have been poked on almost every part of my arms changing drips on a daily but no diagnoses has been given,they treating me for a what if yet on their patients rights chart they say a patient has a right to be informed about his /her condition. When you need help,you ring the bell,it takes them 5 minutes to come and switch it off and act like they are attending to and you will never hear from them again yet they call themselves private...It is the worst experience of my life and they don't even want to discharge me or refer me to another hospital that will be able to help me. They do not practice all those values they have posted on every corner of the hospitals,the incompetence of the staff is on another level. Like I am here cause I need to know what's wrong with me and what I'm being treated for not on holiday
I have never applied for any loan with wonga,I received an SMS saying that I qualify. I go onto the site to try and apply and this website says I have an acc,I then send an email telling them that I do not have access to that email and I was asked to send proof of address and certified Id which I did cause I'm using another email address...they have not attended to this nor even sent an automated reply...I need to be assisted urgently and they don't realize the urgency of the situation...I have called and was on the line for over 30 minutes and I still did not get assistance... is this how you do business?

I have been calling and email these people for the past two months already and nothing has been done about my enquiry,I have spoken to all the team leaders and everyone with an ear to listen and no one has come back to me,this is very frustrating that I have to call,complain and email and talk to lawyers and you guys still don't give a **** about my grievances. What kind of company are you,are you debt collectors or are you a fraud pretending to be debt collectors and taking people's moneys and not living up to the agreements you make daily to keep your promises. This is the last time I am writing to you and the criminal that took my money can just keep it and I will make sure that I notify capfin of this because you guys aren't doing them any justice in this regard,I will also write a complaint to them cause they contracted a fraudulent piece of you know what to collect for them. There are many reputable companies out there and they pick the worst one in the history of them all...I am going to create a blog about Dmc because it's actually funny how you guys treat people like ****
Really now,what kind of bull is this???you guys sold my debt to Dmc or agrs or whatever they are called and after months of calling and emailing and doing all sorts of things the only thing they gave me was a paid up letter but FAAIIILLLL to update this on the bureau and if I hear anyone telling me about 7 days I will flip cause it's been months now....I am not affiliated with them,I took the loan with you and if I have to take this further I will do it with you cause they have failed me and I regret the day I walked into pep to take the loan...you guys falsely advertise your service everyday,you do not benefit people in anyway...you are a loan shark with a title and you are no different from some loan shark at a corner,taking people's identity documents for security...you either get Dmc to remove my name from the bureau or I will make sure that your stores are boycotted like they did with h and m

After numerous trips to the branch and countless phone calls . I am told I don't qualify. They asked me how they could help me and I said I wanted a loan,they said I should settle my outstanding debts and they will assist me,I took my months salary and paid up all my debts and brought back paid up letters and even then they still had excuses. First and foremost they are the reason I went all out and settled the other debts cause of the promise they made to me and I wanted to only owe them. I find it very wrong that even transunion has cleared me of my debts but capitec still refuses to give me a loan and worse part they look at my bank statement and even use a greyhound ticket I bought in December as a negative to my affordability,for gods sake I was moving from Durban to jobug,was I suppose to walk? It is very frustrating that I bank with capitec but I cannot trust them even though I have been very loyal to them and the only loan I had from them has never been in arrears. Are you saying other banks are better than you? Or is true that you are just a loan shark acting like a bank? You know I can afford this and besides this is deducted from my salary before I even see my salary yet y'all have stories. Maybe it's time we moved to real banks because you are of no use to me at a time of need
They sold my debt to dmc who now refuses to unlist me from the bureau. I have sent email after email to them with the paid up letter and nothing is being done about this and now I am getting fed up of this.
The call center staff do not even try to help,they don't make an effort at all. I paid my debt and 7 working days later they haven't removed it from the bureau instead they listed me for an amount which was supposedly a discount from them and I am sitting here with a paid up letter that serves no purpose at all because i still owe them according to the bureau. Why did they give me a discount when they didn't have the intent to remove my name,why did they give me the paid up letter if I still owe them? This company is ruining my life. I sent numerous emails,I have called them and no one seems to know what's happening? Is this a joke ? If that's the case then it's not funny at all
<p>I went to capitec southway mall on Sat the 22nd to apply for a loan for an emergency,the lady was very helpful even though she couldn't help me as I didn't have my payslip with me then,bare in mind I bank with them but she told me how much I qualified for. Monday I did the application online and I got a call to bring my payslip in,Tuesday I took my lunch time rushed to overport city where I was told they were offline,the lady at the door took my number and said she'll call me,I asked of I should leave my payslip and ID so that they can confirm employment as soon as they came back but she insisted she will call me to come back and that I don't need to leave anything,later that day she calls me "we are back online",I rush to capitec then I'm told to leave my payslip for employment confirmation and that they'll call me on Wed as it was already after 5,I could've done that when I came there the first time because the guy didn't even look at my stuff,he just took my payslip and wrote my contact number at the back and to this day there has been no call back,this is an emergency and there's no sense of urgency with capitec staff. We bank with you out of loyalty,we pay your ridiculous banking fees on a daily basis and this is how we are treated. I have banked me fnb before and the kind of bullhorn that's happening at capitec never happened. Today I plan to go to overport city and cancel any account I have with capitec for a bank that can help me during emergencies.</p>
<p>I got an sms from mysmartkid asking for payments and I mistakenly used the lexmed account details to deposit the money thinking that they were the same company but media 24 said they didn't get the money and I should contact lexmed and ask for a refund and make the deposit to their direct,I called and the first lady I spoke to said lexmed is the same company as media 24 but they were going to refund me because I didn't have an account with them,I was sent to koketso. Now this was 3 days after the deposit,on the 28th of October to be exact,koketso confirmed the deposit and said that her superior Jeanette said they will make the deposit in 10 days and I said okay,I can wait since it was my mistake. On day 10 I called koketso who said she would call me back and never did,15 working days later I call again and the same koketso tells me that Jeanette is not in the office,she's absent so I should wait for her to come back tomorrow on day 16th,kanti what is happening in this company,are you even the same company as media 24 or is this company just a fraud. I feel like now I am being pulled from left to right whereas I did give them enough time to process the refund. Today after all the conversations I've had with her,only today does koketso tell me how she's only the debt collector and how it's my fault not here that the money is in their account. Customer service in that company is utter bull,there's no accounts department and I am assigned to someone who tells me bull like she has To wait for this and that and now she can't even guarantee my refund will be processed only Jeanette can do that. If you are not a company within media 24 then I am surely going to take this to them too because I know this company because of them and they will lose a valuable client because they do business with companies like this,company who don't only respect people's human rights but consumer rights too. I will be writing to the ombudsmen about this company and I will be writing to the consumer protections act too and if my money is not in my account tomorrow,I will be taking you to court for. I do have recordings of all the conversations I've had with your people and I'm sure that I'm not the only one who receives such treatment from you and people just don't know what to do about companies that do no even deserve to be in business like yourselves. You are not even worthy of the one star I gave you,like really you are just not worthy of even being in operation.</p>
