I have just had my last Vodacom number cancelled (had 3) with an incompetent Vodacom cancellation section. After 4 tries I eventually got thru to an agent ( I was cut off 4 times) and I vented on her because of the incompetence of her colleagues. I have had just terrible service with Vodacom and finally I can say I'm finished with them. I will never promote Vodacom again to anyone again. I am in the telecommunications industry for the last 40 years and know many people in the industry.
Once again I've arranged my day around ccd schedule and once again I'm let down. I don't expect any service anymore from this circus company. How do they make money by lying and terrible service. I asked the agent how many times she has to apologize to clients because of their terrible service. She wouldn't comment. Obviously many times a day. You are a joke!!! Always an excuse.
I went to Cornubia Lock & Key and asked for 3 keys to be cut. When I got home I realized that the apprentice at the shop cut 2 of the 3 keys incorrectly. I do not expect good service anymore generally but in this case the owner Dayalan when contacted made a plan to come out to my residence and fix the problem. This is what I call taking responsibility and should be practiced more widely. Well done Dayalan
I have settled my account for a vehicle with wesbank about a month ago but battling to get my NATIS docs sent to me. I have emailed numerous times to their service email with no success. I have taken the DSV options as requested and sent all details and now nothing. I will never finance through them again. I have tried contacting CEO Chris De Kock but it seems he is also very elusive. Everyone at wesbank uses the covid excuse but us customers dare not stop paying because of covid.
I have been trying to cancel Value added services on my Vodacom account. Did you know that each cancellation is a separate dept? Have you tried to contact all these departments?? I managed to contact 3 of the 4 I'm trying to cancel after many challenges and cut lines and slow systems etc.... However the insurance cancellation is the biggest challenge of them all. Still waiting after an hour on the line. I know why they do this. They want you to give up and walk away. However I never walk away. I will go all the the way to Joosub (CEO) to clear this up. They've messed with the wrong customer. I am a bull terrier. I have 3 accounts with vodacom. I must be outta my mind!!!!
I was in the Vodacom Shop yesterday and was appalled at the service. There was 5 staff and 2 customers (myself included). I waited for about 30 mins for no service at all. I eventually walked out the shop without even getting what I came in for. NO SERVICE whatsoever.
I have bought the 2 L Coke twice this week in La Mercy and I've been shortchanged by about 200 ml each time. Now if Coke is doing this to all their 2 L Bottles can you imagine the their profit gain on a few million bottles. One big rip off. I do have photos for proof if necessary. Again a massive corporation getting greedy
I have just received numerous sms's from this incompetent Hospital plan saying I owe them R200 excess from a Hospital visit 2 Years ago. I paid cash for everything as my daughter was not admitted. Now oneplan tells me that I owe them R200 excess. Just their overall customer service sucks as well. I also have received numerous sms's as well for the renewal of my card and that an agent will call me. I eventually called them and "hopefully"this will be rectified.
Went to Yiroll Springfield Park yesterday and ordered the New York Bagel. Waited for half an hour before they told me there are no Bagels. Why have it on the menu or why was there none in stock?? BAD MANAGEMENT!!! When I went to complain at the counter I was treated like I was at fault. I gave back the still water I ordered and left never to return
