I am very disappointed in Mweb and Vuuma, I paid for my Fibre installation on the 3rd of March, they were quick to call and ask for payment and installation date. The installation date was confirmed for the 6th March 25. Vuuma came and advised that there was a problem with the infrastructure, they did not give further info, I called both vuuma and mweb, no luck with getting through, I then started a live chat on mwebs app, they responded saying that Vuma a would be back at my premises on the 11th March, on that day I received a whatsapp message from a guy at vuma sayinh the following 'Hi there Llewellyn here from vuma i did some checks on the infrastructure outside and found an issue maintenance will have a look into it and have you scheduled then for the installation' Nothing after that!!! I called and called started chats on mwebs app people keep redirecting me and no1 actually helps!!! Eventually I got through to Mwebs call centre on Friday and I asked that they give me options for LTE the one sales lady said they do not have anything within the same price range, I then asked to cancel my entire order for a refund, the lady said she will cancel it on her side and that my payment could take up to 14 days to reflect in my account, I said that's ok. But to date no confirmation of my order being canceled, I Called Vuma this morning to find out what's happening! Someone picked up I could barely hear him, had to put my phone on loud speaker to be able to hear him. He asked for my references /order number which I've given him, he put me on hold I was on hold for over 10 minutes then a bot spoke asking me to rate the damn Call!!! So I never even got feedback!! This is bull**** and I want my money back I'm going to take legal action I'm tired of chasing these poeple.
I app**** for a deal on a 36 month basis online on saturday the deal was for R388 (Phone and tablet deal) I received the following email: "Good day Please note that your application is approved with conditions, unfortunately you do not qualify for the deal you selected. Kindly contact Vodacom Direct Sales on 08217844 or send an email to [email protected] to assist with other deals that you may qualify for. Regards Sibongile" I then emailed back for someone to call me as I would like to know which deal I then qualified for if not this one. Nokwanda Ngkobo called me and told me that I do not qualify for this deal but I do qualify for another deal that cost R600 per month, I then asked her why would I quality for a more expensive deal and not the one I initially wanted and she could not answer. I asked an ex employee that worked at vodacom for years and she said it's very strange that they would tell me that. I am so dissapointed as I really wanted the deal for R388 as this is within my budget and exactly what I need. I have been sending emails to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] but none of them are getting back to me/!!!!! Very shocking service!!!
I ordered a meal from Mcdonalds Observatory of R97 the driver kept passing my office, I tried calling him but received an automated message saying 'your call cannot be connected' I then messaged him on the app resent my address as well as advised him that there is a big sign on the building with the companies name. I called about 3 times with no success. The driver then completed the delivery but I haven't received my order, he attached a picture of my food left on a pavement which is not even nearby where I was located then I lodged a complaint on uber eats and they keep saying they cannot issue a refund as the driver followed all instructions and sent a picture to proof my order was delivered. I kept sending emails to dispute this and all they send back is 'we cannot issue a refund as the deiver tried getting in touch with you with no success' How can you leave someone's food on a pavement and claim it was delivered. Why would I go through all this trouble claiming I didn't receive my order. R97 is alot of money and I have been using uber eats for quite sometime. I am very disappointed and utterly appalled by their ****ty service!!!!

I am absolutely dissatisfied and dissapoint to my core!!! I've been to Metro east education district in Kuilsrivier on Friday 6 March 2020, I needed to hand in my registration form to rewrite my matric in Nov 2020,I specifically asked thr receptionist to check if everything is filled in right and If all documents required was fine, she told me I need a proof of address, I told her it was not stated in the email I received form DBE when I enquired what was needed, she then told me, but it is pasted here on our wall!!! This upset me because how can you tell me that? I'm already here, this should have been stated on the email and registration form. I told her I'll return on monday 9 March 2020 I was there now and now she tells me, I have to make copy of my last matric results and have it certified again!! But it is certified and it was given to me like that by thr DBE I told her I specifically asked to check everything on friday, to which she only mentioned the proof of address, so now that I brought that, she tells me this new story! Wow she didn't even apologize nothing basically chucked me out and went on with her work!! Wow is this the kind of people that our government employ? I am appalled and very heartbroken! I just want to get my matric is that too much to ask for? I have driven out R300 petrol just to be turned away for the second time!
I ordered a pizza for delivery at 12h58 today, it is now 18h11 I still have not received my pizza! The store manager Priscilla called me after 3hrs from time of order, stating that the driver got lost and his phone was flat so he went back to the store. I then told her I refuse to pay for the food if it ever gets to me, because I'd have waited more than 3hrs then, she told me she has to speak to her superiors and call me back, she never called, I just called the store at 18h00, there is another manager on late shift, Chris, I explained to him what had happened and how I feel, he then told me he just started his shift and that he was not informed about this, I asked him to have my food sorted and compensate me for wating a total of 5hrs!!! He told me he can't make that decision he have to call the Priscilla and find out what happened 1st before he can decide, I am mow fuming with anger because you're first supposed to sort your unhappy customers out then you sort out your internal issues! He didnt seem to understand that and I am so disappointed!!! Basically I was taken for a joke and no one cares! Debonairs I am very very unhappy and extremely disappointed in the service I got! And still NO food.
I was mugged with my chain few months ago I went to the american swiss branch in stellenbosch which was where my chain was bought. They told me I need to get an advidavit from the police station and a case number I did as I was told and the manager told me that I have 90 days to take another chain for the same value I did not like what I saw and she told me she will call me as soon as new stock arrive. Up until now she did not call me and whenever I go to the store she tells me they don't have anything for that price range.I went 2 somerset mall branch as I was told I may go there aswell, I was told there that it doesn't hav2 b a chain specifically I then chose a watch set,The lady told me she will transfer the item to the stellenbosch branchi cn collect thereI then went back to stellenbosch and asked the manager if a bracelet and watch was sent there she told me no nd that I cannot take anything else besides a bracelet as she told me before! I feel I'm being pushed around and I get different stories the wholetime and all I want is my bracelet or watch! Its dragging and I'm getting fed up with their attitudes when I enter the store I dnt know who is lying and who is telling the tru
