Incompatance
If there was an option for giving less then one star i would have done it. Never ever use the incomptant company to handle your finamce. They quick to take your money but very slow to do their actual Job, they **** more a mess off accounts then it was to start off with, getting calls form Creditors informing short payments and no one can get back to you or even just answer a phone after holding on for 30min or more. Very disappointed in this company. Please people be warned they are not what they say they are nor doing what they are supposed to had it with these people

Completely working out of the law framework
Completely not compliance with the Law keep Harassing me on calls and clearly don't know what they are doing nor how the NCA work reported them to ombudsman now CIO/220902/51862 Hope they shut these clowns down once and for all

Bad Client Service
Having lots of trouble getting feedback. WhatsApp Live Chat is useless Call center number does not work mail does not appears to work either no one gets back to you this is really frustrating was approved on 21/10/21 battling ever since then really bad service at the moment Wynand Brand

horrible experience
No Athical or people skills, treing to make you out as a criminal and thretening over the phone and sms with matters that are not acknowledge by me. will be reporting to the ombudsman regarding the matter as it goes against the human rights act. they think they are above the law and does not follow to correct procedures.

very poor customer service
i have been mail my inquiry and mailing it but with no response never have i ever came across such incompetence to find out what is going on, this is really a pathetic company to have a policy at. c Went to local branch all the can do as send a mail told the good luck with that.

Worst online company
This company is driving me up the wall worst online order expereaince i had in my whole life. You cant reach them via mail, whatsapp or phone. The make promises and then dont deliver get in contact with me asap. Fedup cleint.

Intellicel steals from customers
They are in breach of contract debit any time they want, and not on deaignated date. Treid for a day to get ans answer from them mail on mail with no communication from their side. Be warned before entwring into a contract with them as they do not follow ncs nor consumer protection act. I demand a terminantion of contract deu to breach of contract from intellicell side. Deposit refund
Batteling to get refund on deposit payed. When at branch in delareyville, no cash availble. Headoffice not much help in the matter. Need deposit back to go to other store for despret purches of fridge.
