I had such a horrible experience today at Pinecrest Mall in Pinetown. After shopping at Pick n Pay which is the only store I went to, I came out to find traffic on our way out of the mall which was stagnant to the point whereby I had to cut through to get to the front because we had stayed for so long in the que and it was getting dark. Upon arriving to the exit gate, I put my ticket into the machine and it said, "RETURN TO PAY STATION" even though I had swiped it in Pick n Pay. I pressed the help button a million times with no response and now it seemed as though I had caused traffic and yet I found it like that. This other black girl from the ticket department came out and told me to park by the side which I obediently did, only for her to let through more than 20 cars at my watch and ignored me. I am pregnant and had small kids in the car and it was getting dark. I eventually reversed and asked her why she wasn't doing anything to assist me to go through and she said it was a punishment for me having caused traffic!!!! Imagine!!! My kids were getting scared and beginning to cry and I was tired due to my pregnant state. Worse of all, she kept telling other drivers that I had caused the traffic and they kept hooting and swearing at me. The lifts and escalators are forever not working and never fixed. It's not the first time my parking ticket didn't read in this God forsaken mall! I was disgusted at how the girl from the parking office treated me and I'm going to open a police case against this mall which I have been shopping in for just over 10 years.
#support local.....I must say, I'm so impressed with the way Debonairs has continued giving us their customers value for our money. Whenever I buy a scrumptious pizza at Debonnairs and you won't believe that even after 4 days it is always still fresh! The base will still be soft and when I put it in my mouth it always tastes as if it was made 5 minutes ago. And when they say it'll be ready after 15 minutes, they always keep to their word. It's never late, rather early. I must say, I'm very impressed with the Customer service and product of Debonairs. Big up to them.
I was so disappointed when I went to Pep stores Pinetown and the disgusting customer service I received from a lady named Fikile. I bought items and R160 airtime on Monday 27th January 2020. I lost my RECEIPT so autimatically I also lost the airtime because it was attached to the RECEIPT. I went back to the store on January 28th 2020 with all my items which I had purchased the previous day and explained my situation to a rude lady named Fikile. I then requested they print out my receipt from the Previous day so I could contact my cellphone service provider for them to retrieve my airtime and she said she couldn't do so since I wasn't the only Customer and she has to print out all of the previous days work. I even showed her time of purchase since I had swiped my standard bank card. I need my airtime back or at least my RECEIPT so I can follow up with my service provider. R160 airtime is not a small airtime.....
I went into the Pinecrest mall and showed a worker my items which are loose size, slightly big and material is Chinese cheap like which is coming out things like on the arms so he told me to pick other items after having a look at my items. I spent close to 30 minutes looking for other formal items equivalent to my amount but most had cheap material and store was about to close. I finally found a dress and a shoe and went to the counter to pay, only to encounter the same nasty Indian manager who flattly refused to let me return the item saying I had worn it since the docket was detached and it had dirt in armpits which I presume is my sweat or perfume which went on it after I had put it on properly at home. She refused to listen to me in such a way that even my 4 year old son said "mommy I don't like that aunty, she never listened to you, Jesus will make her pay". She jumped to the conclusion that I used the items and refused to exchange it for me yet I just bought it last week. I am an account holder with truworths and benefit well from my account. I don't need a refund. I just need an exchange and have dockets, receipts and the items. The new Indian manager is downright racist and looks down on a certain calibre of people because each time I go to that store she gives me the same rotten attitude. Why me? I always walk out disappointed from that store and I'm spreading the experience of bad customer service I got all over town
Last week I took back a sandal due to the fact that it's giving me blisters and still haven't herd from the store about the query lodged for manufacturing fault and had to go into the store to remind the racist Indian manager at Pinecrest mall to remember to get back to me as she had promised to do so this week and today it's Thursday. She couldn't be bothered at all. She couldn't care less. She selects who she treats well as a customer yet I am an account holder at truworths. I'm being discriminated against each time I visit the store. I don't feel important. This Indian lady degrades me all the time and embarrasses me in front of other customers and the staff
<p>My "latest" order is 1760****0. Firstly an agent first spoke to me, validated my info with the credit bereaux and said I qualify for credit. Then sent me messages confirming my order.</p> <p>Then another agent called telling me I do not qualify for credit and that my "previous" order was not in the system. I wasted my precious time on the phone. He even gave me a refrence number confirming my "now" cash order. I never got an sms on which account to pay to. All they gave me is the above order number.</p> <p>Today, a rude agent called forcing me to talk on the phone even though I had told him i was busy, he should call me tommorow. Yet again, he said my order is not in the system.</p> <p>What stupid games is homechoice playing?</p> <p>Wasting my time, breath, energy?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>I just came from McDonald's Pinetown in kzn 30 minutes ago or so. Drive thru is clearly now 'wait thru' . My husband ordered a Mcfeast large meal for me, no spice, no bag and I herd him clearly tell the person who took the order but when I got home I opened and it's a 'spicy bbq' mcfeast burger. I'm going to sleep hungry tonight and this is the third time they're messing up my 'no spice, no bbq' order. My son ordered a kiddies meal with a boy toy but there is nothing inside. Clearly they don't care about us customers anymore but are just out to make a quick buc**** They came later with our long awaited order to the parking and collected our receipt. I'm so frustrated because of McDonald's Pinetown ****py service right now.</p>
<p>I called Miway in distress to cancel my car insurance and as with any cancellation, I expected them to give me hassles BUT to my surprise, I received VVIP treatment. I spoke to Thabang, a senior consultant at MiSsy, who gave me an excellent listening ear and such great empathy. The call left me feeling very valued and better in my inner self. I will be sure to remember this call should I be in a position to reinstate my policy in the near future. Keep it up Thabang!!!</p>
<p>I have a shipment from China which was supposed to arrive before 6pm on the 29th of December 2016 and it did not! Delays happen but no one bothered to contact me and explain anything which is purely unproffessional. I called the call centre this morning after tracking my parcel seeing that it's now here in Durban to find out whether I can personally pick it up and the agent said that I have to pay 400 something rands, 500 something rands and 300 something rands which I thought had been paid in China already! How much will I pay just to ship one item? They said I shouldn't come in person as my invoice hasn't yet been generated, they will call me back. It's almost 2pm and I haven't herd from tnt. How many more days will it take for me to get my parcel? Also, if they can't deliver my parcel to me and won't allow me to come collect it then what kind of shipment agency are they running? How much money will they milk from me till I can get my parcel? My refrence number is ********** 93. Who will deliver my parcel if a mere agency can't?</p>
<p>I have called the call centre twice, 3 days in a row to join the key care plus medical aid and they lie that they will send application forms and brochure in my email but they never do. Are they in business to expand or frustrate?</p>
