The Courier Guy Somerset set west didn't do their job properly. I am selling via Yaga and send out parcel to buyer on the 10th of February. Buyer hasn't received her parcel because she says she is awaiting PIN from them, the status says Parcel Ready for pick-up not the normal status we know that Parcel is in Locker. I am honestly not happy about this and the way they are doing things.
Vuma never answers complains timeously. We have to use our airtime to call or whatsapp, as well as sending emails. They are unreliable. I have internet connection and no one seems to be bothered, yet they say they opened 24 hours. I am an unhappy customer and thinking of changing to another service provider.

The South hills lifestyle estate is always not having electricity. It's only been 2 months since we are in this place but we've encountered so many blackouts. They fixed my TV with no pictures but sound only. The TV only played for 3 days and it did the same thing again. I called them they said they will come as there's a 3 months guarantee ( workmanship guarantee) Im still waiting since they said they are coming 2 days ago Now they are no longer responding or reading my messages.
This company doesn't want to release my profit of R1500 which is supposed to be R15000. Instead they are telling me that I have to deposit R6000 because my profit went up I never asked them to increase my profits because I don't have the money. All I want is for them to release the amount that is due to me, that's all.

I wanted to take out the policy via Facebook, book I never completed everything, and all of a sudden I am getting SMS that I have a policy with them and they will debit my account. I don't remember completing this policy with them and I sent them email and they are telling me to send them an affidavit and copy of my id. Why am I supposed to go to so much stress for something that I didn't take out. Please help
I am trying to cancel membership with Isabella Garcia and for them not to debit my account and it seems to like they don't hear what I am saying. I have to never ever received their perfumes and don't want them anymore because I won't be able to afford the aforesaid R198 per month. Clientele Called me to say my policy which I took out in 2019 has been active and being paid every month by the grocery rewards vouchers Only to find that when I was asked to update my details the inception date of the policy was now in September 2022 no longer a continuation as they said And their vouchers are vouchers which you must spend first and then only get that amount off from what you spend. So I asked them to cancel the policy and give me a refund. They agreed to cancel and refund me. But up until now I haven't received my refund of R398 I want them to refund me because I feel thac their consultant lied to me with everything
