What an awful experience with Michael Venter for ZA Properties. So rude and arrogant. He Knew prior to letting us view my credit score was low and I was going to pay for a year upfront. I paid the R300 they request before application. Michael Venter said we won't qualify but will speak to the owner as we are paying the rental amount for a year in advance. Knowing full well we wont qualify but promised to speak to owner, which of course he said he cant after been declined. False hope and pretences. Are times so tough for him he needs to take R300 and lie to clients. Extremely unprofessional, I landed up swearing at him, for speaking to me like he did. Then his whatsapp message said they reason we didn't get it is because my son has 2 judgements against him and in the credit report, he sent it was not true, on all the credit Barua's, so he **** in writing and according to the office "he made a mistake". This agent straight out **** about everything. I will be reporting this behavior. I have asked Debbie (that is Michaels boss) for a refund of R300 as he knew full well, we did not qualify, and I sent the whatsapp from Michael Venter lying about the judgements.
SHOCKING SERVICE!. THE GENERAL MANAGER ASSURED ME I WILL HAVE MY PARCEL DELIVERED TODAY. IF I DID NOT FOLLOW UP WITH THEN AT 4PM TO ASL WHERE MY PARCEL IS THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BOTHETED TO ENLIGHTEN ME IT WONT BE DELIVERED TODAY. CLEARLY FASTWAY COURIERS (MANAGEMENT) DOES NOT CARE OF THERE POOR SERVICE DRLIVERY IR REPUTATION. I WILL NEVER ORDER FTOM TEMU AGAIN BECAUSE OF FASTWAY. THIS WAS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FIR TOMORROW AND THANK YOU FASTWAY COURIERS IN KEMPTON PARK FOR MESSING THAT UP. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR NO CARE CLEARLY THE HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER AS HE INSTRUCTED THEN YO DRLIVERY TODAY BUT THE OPERATIONS MANAGER DID NOT SEE THIS AS A PRIORITY
FNB can not tell me what this Declined foreign T479012*9530 for R8.00 is, It goes off daily and this month it adds up to over R300.00 and FNB will not refund me!!!!
Standard bank legal handed me over to attorneys for arrears. I have made payment arrangements with the attorneys. Now Standard sends an email that they will call me in connection with repossession. The departments do not communicate and Standard Bank says one thing and does other thing. Very unprofessional and surely they should know as the attorneys have communicated with Standard bank. When you call they say one thing, then the next department says another thing. They say they will call but they dont
We all fall on hard times. Standard Bank vehicle will not Reinstate debt review, completed the on line payment arrangements, two days ago, no response. So for R15 000 they will reposses car. That's fine as they lose money too. Thank goodness I moved to another bank for my daily banking. Standard Bank will just not even try to negotiate. Let them reposse car.
I made payment arrangements for my absa loan. Firstly absa wouldn't accept my payment arrangements and handed me over to Anthony Richards Attorneys and I made payment arrangements (as I am unemployed) I can only pay what I am able too.i paid now they taking me to court. Maybe I must sht@t the money out
MTN insurance is too terrible. Held on the line for over and hour. No consultant answers. Captured my insurance incorrectly. They don't respond to emails or fax's <br> . Just get ignored
My mom added an extra line to her account. We paid the R700.00. Told it will take between 14-21 days. Phoned today and was told no ports available and wee must just wait for someone in area to cancel there ADSL an it can take up to a Year. WHAT!!!!!! Rather refund the R700.00. Neve experienced such bad service before. Will never recommend Telkom to anyone. Totally disgusted
