False advertising

I Order some scrap booking flowers online from the and the photo on the website indicates that there was lost of little flowers and no where was the amount of flowers indicated <br> <br> when I received my order there was only 12 flowers in each group that I ordered <br> <br> when i queried this all they said is that they apologize for the miss representation on their website <br> <br> I asked if they are going to send me more flowers and they said no <br> <br> this is unacceptable
