What a waste of money

They are not responsible , when they sell you their products they promise heaven and earth but all you get is hell, the beams installation was not right but to correct their mistakes it has to come ouy of my pocket ,,, i had 5 break ins in the past two months , if the the panic goes off they come to your house after an hour , eg last night the robbers jumped over my wall we pressed the panic button , the guard came after 30 min with no torch nothing the control room called after 30 min , if the robber was inside we would have been dead by the time they arrived , coming in the guard does not even ask if we fine or not , now i wonder why so many break in's if they are suppose to patrol the area as promised when you sign their contract , now i am even thinking it is them doing the deeds or they send their friends and give them a chance finish before they come check when you call them<br> WHAT A SECURITY COMPANY ,, INKWE YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC , TREAT ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS THE SAME , we pay the same money unless the ones that are happy are paying in dollars
