I'm always having problems with this KFC it seems. This is probably the 7th time that I get there and tney don't have zinger wings. They are always out of stock and not just with chicken. I canceled my order and went to McDonald's instead. Your last response about bad attitude and your staff stealing my money was def not satisfying. Why don't you guys get some tips from other places on how to satisfy a customer after something like this. Will never go back there. So disappointed in customer service from KFC andevern more from headquarters. Get it right this time.
Someone from Maxi's headquarters needs to CALL ME RIGHT NOW!!!!! I think the what I'm about to tell you isn't something that you would want me to say online.
KFC BFN, which is located on Zastron Street. We were there on Saturday at 2:00, if you go look on your security system, then you will see us there. We order food, and with the on meal I told her that i wanted a coke. Afte4r paying and she gave me the receipt, i looked at it and saw that she had not added the coke. When she FINALLY returned i had told her, and she argued with me that I had not said anything. There were two other customers with me and they had also told her that he did say he wanted the coke. She then told us that we had to pay for the coke separately and pay the extra fee as it's cheaper when you get it with the meal. She called the manager, and he said that she should give it to us at the price it would have been. He then walked off and we ended up paying the full amount as she still wouldn't give it to us. i told her that she cannot talk and argue to ANY customer in that way. 3 of us heard that he said he wanted the coke. I asked for her name and she proceeded to laugh in my face while showing me her name badge. The rude, arrogant person's name was Lorraine. Sort your staff out. Train that manager how to handle conflict or hire someone that can do the job!!!
WELL... I bought a ham, cheese and tomato sandwich at pick 'n pay. There is not really much to say or explain about this, besides the fact that managers and owners are not checking to see if their staff is doing their job. Rather they would sell food that was so off and sour that it had made me sick for 3 days. The ingredients on the sandwich were old and the sticker was not pass the expiration or sell by date. Does this mean that Pick 'n Pay is using old cutoff products to make their sandwiches. I do not buy food there anymore.
Firstly this store is so unorganised and there are things all over the place where the jewelry is, the staff just stands at the dressing rooms and stares at you. Do you not pay your staff to work? Apparently it takes 2-3 people to stand at the dressing room and when you ask the staff for something, you can see in their demeanour and body language that they are irritated that you had actually asked them. I wish i had gotten the one girls name that had \helped"me. She definitely had no problem showing me how her eyes could roll all the way to the back of her head. I don't know where to start. If this hotel worked as hard on customer service as they do on their price increases then it would maybe be a five start and not a four star hotel. Our last day at this hotel my fianc? had dropped her ring while packing. Since we had to be out at 11 and it being 10:30 with no luck at finding the ring I went to the front desk to ask if we could stay a bit longer to look for the ring, the lady just responded with \No
