A three month contract was signed with outdoor network to advertise in Durban North. After three weeks the adverts were removed by Outdoor network and replaced with another companies advertising. I had to make several enquiries as to why this had happened and eventually after two weeks I got a response saying its a glitch in the system and I need to pick other places to advertise in. After the boards were taken down they still continued to debit my account with advertising charges for another 2 months. Iv been promised to be refunded a number of times and nothing has come through now two months after the initial enquiry was made. Their customer service does not exists as its always me having to follow up with them. I'm still waiting for my refund.
