At first had my doubts but got in touch with Kim and she was so amazing. Not only did we negotiate the best price but she explained everything to me so well. The move also went so good from the time they came to help me pack, then safely stored all my stuff for the month to the delivery. Thank you so much EFI. Would recommend this moving company to all wanting a safe reliable moving company.
I am waiting for connection for 3 weeks after paying for connection and NO HELP AT ALL!! I have called n numerous times with no help, held on in some cases over 30 min for help. I have sent emails and all they tell me is they working on it. Very bad customer service especially when we are paying for no service.
I bought a defect TV from house and home. Sent it back to Skyworth and they have the TV and issued House and home with a credit note. After over 50 calls that keep getting cut and visits to pick up TV they do not want to give me my replacement TV. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Service is by far the worst ever
I've been with globe for 2 years and really great service all around. Special thanks to Yusuf my consultant who really goes the extra mile always willing to assist. DO NOT EVER TAKE OUT A RAIN CONTRACT!! I Cancelled rain 2 months ago and they have are still takin premiums off my account. DO NOT BUY their lies about taking it month to month as you will never be able to stop the premium. I tried over 42 times and cannot get hold of them. THEY ARE QUICK TO SELL YOU SERVICE BUT NO SUPPORT. I have to take legal action now so they can stop debiting me.
Firstly I seldom have written reviews and when I have its been because I have really experienced the worst. I have a family of 5 with 3 kids. I work hard as is life in South Africa and do not have a lot of time to spend with my family and the time that I do have, I do my utmost best to not only spend quality time with them but give them a good time as well. I go to Spur (Durban North) at about 3-5 times a month. I unfortunately do not always have the money to get meals for the entire family of 5, but sometimes would just even go for a coffee and some dessert for the kids. With the COVID pandemic over the last year or so Spur has been one of the only places we go out to. Not matter what we order we are always welcome. The main reason we go there actually is so that my kids can let loose and play, and after we done you can hear and feel that my kids have had the best time ever. This year we have had 4 out of 5 birthday's at Spur and after my 3 year old's birthday a month ago she wakes up almost daily and says "Dad DRESS WE GOING TO SPUR" When I am away with work, Spur is the only place my wife actually feels comfortable and safe going alone to with the kids. Besides the warmth of the staff, the play area for kids and cleanliness of the restaurant, WE LOVE THE FOOD! Spur Durban North, we are really appreciative that you are around and hope you stay around at least until the kids are 18 lol:-) So not to babble on any more, I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Spur Durban North, we have been part of your family for years but you have now also become part of mine! See you soon!

To Whom it May concern TERRIBLE SERVICE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT FNB!!! If I could give FNB a start rating right now it would be 0. I first joined FNB as I thought they were good with customers and yes, when it come to you investing your money with them. When it comes to you disputing a debit order be prepared to spend not minutes, not hours not even weeks but months for even a reply. I submitted a dispute 29th Jan for a premium that was not supposed to come off as the contract was cancelled and they were not able to reverse it. I then took time after speaking to around 5 consultants was told to submit a review form. I was then told to wait 40 days. After the 40 days i called in speaking to 7 consultants no one could find my docs. The one consultant who did find it said I must wait a week more, after that week I call in with no call from FNB only to be told "PLEASE SEND THROUGH DOCS AND WAIT ANOTHER 40 DAYS" In total over the last 3 months I have probably spoken to over 20 consultants and each time I call get given other numbers like: 0875774107 0875774444 0875754727 After been a good ambassador for FNB I will be cancelling my accounts with them and telling my family and friends to do so as well- STANDARD BANK LOOKS LIKE THE WAY FORWARD! They should change their slogan to "HOW CAN WE DIRECT YOUR CALL" as they offer no help what so ever CHRIS 0722950176
To whom it may concern I purchased a rain sim card about 3 weeks ago anf paid for it costing me R479. The reason I went with rain because thier marketing promised affordable internet at a better speed. I recieved the sim bought a router for it and for the last 3 weeks i have experienced nothing but the worst experience. I now have to purchase more internet from another provider and still pay for no connection. I have sent numerous messages on their online platform and no one has contacted me. There was an automated response saying someone will contact me within 48 hours and its been 3 weeks. This means that they are lying to us about. 1. Good internet at an affordable price 3 Getting back to us when they promise to Business like this should not be allowed to operate. She then said that it will be credited to my account and rang up the meal again. When se eventually comes back and after I ordered my meal tells me SHE CAN'T CHECK HER SYSTEM AND that i need to get a bank statement at 5pm after I show her again on my cell phone the amount coming off. SINCE WHEN DOES NANDOS ASK FOR BANK STATEMENTS!!<br> I explain that it cost me R50 rand, more than my meal to get a statement and in front of 12 people makes me feel so rubbish about the situation like it was my fault she took the money off twice.<br> <br> I was about to pay for my order bu could not bear her unproffesssionalism so left.<br> <br> SO NANDO'S STILL OWES ME MONEY AND i LEFT THERE UNHAPPY AND VERY HUNGRY!!!<br>
