No Response Diana Carmichael Order

I've ordered a Noblesse Desk Paper Tray from Diana Carmichael. Proof of Payment was sent on 09 January 2015 and I haven't managed to get any response from Cephas or Bill regarding my order. I've made phone calls that go unanswered on the landline and cellphones. I've also sent several emails requesting feedback on the status of my order , but to no avail. I would really appreciate any feedback on the status of my order or a full refund for the desk tray.
