Swakste diens ooit. Ons bly al 1jr en 6mnde in ons nuwe huis. Net ingetrek kom kyk hulle na ons beheer boks wat geen deksel het nie, plak hom toe met ñ tydelike deksel wat heeltemal te groot is en sê hul sal die volgende dag dit kom reg maak. Na hoeveel oproepe en mooi praat kom hul ñ jaar later weer kyk en belowe weer om dit die volgende dag reg te maak. Nog 6 maande later dieselfde storie. Nou wag ons al weer 2 dae na ons hul laat weet het ons alarm is foutief, geen reaksie. Ek sal MML sekuriteit vir NIEMAND aan beveel nie.

No online service, no feedback of any kind, very poor service in the branch. Very unhappy client
Came to Spur Bethal a week ago, waiters were playing around with each other while we were waiting for service. Today we came to Sput Bethal again ordering a drink and some fries to enjoy just to find that it was raw. While trying to get a waiters attention, they were again playing around in the kitchen.
At first they put a tenant in my property that they said they did a clearance check on. With the first payment already I struggled to get my money on-time. A few months down the line again they are late with their payments going over to two months in a row. Almost every week I have to call the agency to follow up just to hear the same excuses over and over again. After I gave instruction that the tenant be given notice they charged me for the outgoing inspection they had to do and then I had to repeatedly ask them to the inspection list to only get it more than a week later. Upon receiving the keys, one of the tags are missing. This is unprofessional and unacceptable service form Thys Seymore.
I have been sending mails upon mails requesting my membership card and documentation with no luck, feedback or correspondence.
I keep on sending mails and the agent reads it but does not come back to me.
The guy at the call center starter to raise his voice while interrupting me while I was speaking.
<p>I was promised my car would take at the most 2 weaks to repair small damages to my vehicle. It is now 28 days and I don't get feedback as promised and I need to call them everyday to follow-up and every day they have different excuse as to why I can not get my car back. I was also told that my vehicle had to be sent to fix the buttons that opens the windows which was working perfectly when the car went in for repairs.</p>
