I had booked my car for a service on 28th January 2015. When I arrived 07h30 at the workshop, I informed the Clerk that I needed the car by 4pm that same afternoon. The Clerk said he would arrange to have the service completed and ready by 3.30pm and noted said on the jobsheet. At 2.51pm, I received a call stating the car service was completed. The driver had gone to Paarl & Stellenbosch and would collect me on the way back. I reminded them of delivery by 4pm. I received another call at 4pm, the driver had returned and was on the way to collect me at my collection point (which is 10km max from the workshop). By 4.50pm no driver had arrived yet. I called the workshop and was informed by the Reception lady, the driver was visible walking around in the workshop. I asked to speak to the Supervisor. He said he would call me back. 5 min later, he called to say the driver was leaving to collect me. I informed him that the car was scheduled to be ready by 4pm and that the Clerk that had booked the car in, said it would be ready by 3.30pm. I had a meeting to attend in Brackenfell which had to be cancelled and time taken off to collect the car the following day from the Workshop. Bad servic
