They dont pay my medical money,urgently
Really I am fed up with RAF, I was in a big accident where but back and right knee was been serious damage, I was nearly paralyzed, they did a lots of operations,when I saw a Prof by netcare dept where he said i gonna be paralyzed if he not gonna operated, he was really worried over my knee and he take MRI scans and he told me after few days that I be operated 18 July 2022, he did a job been dath or alive?20h30 the night i go in and i was operated in 11h00,we go in nighttime in and come the next day out, my family tried to get hold of me but no one pick up the phone , brand new hospital?the cardiologist came out and I think I was in danger but they tell me he had to stand by me , because after 8 hours he was exhausted, but he heard my voice to my operation and he have to work nicely, after 11hours he came out and was exhausted and tell my wife my life was between dead or alive,my medical pay almost everything but there is a outstanding account which I had to pay 20 ,000, and Dr's ask money my medicine i had to pay, this was a serious accident on the 7 February 2012, I got 100% compensation because the taxi was not road worthy, no license and a unlegal person the driverr?my advocate do my case for me nl Janine Pillay, we fithing now for over 2 years only for some Dr's to been paid and other Dr's, physiotherapy, they put me already me on the black list, I don't also know were I get only R295 000 out , and I must pay my layers this is really ridiculous, how must I live , there is no more service from them, want two spread sheets from them ?plus my Dr's fee,need really my fees because i 'm exhausted my medical wants the money, I paid the hospital R20 000 for them ad wait now years just to get my R20 000 whice came out my pockets?I save you a million rand only few which dont want to pay because you pay new people but me which get 100% must be first priority? My laywers was already before the judge, and your people was not there by the one and the other one, now enough is enough I want my money, I will pay my medical if you pay me because I must pay 10% less that they do my case, the money must pay in my account?we got also two judgements against your people to pay me?I'm just gonna tell my laywer to take your stuff and motors if you can't pay, it looks like you are bankrupt, but you pay unlegal foreigners before us this not right?please pay my money you have to pay all the cost also and my interest? We will go further if you don't pay, the time is that's you have to pay, but i will pay them for interest and my money, you make it self bad for you but I'm sick and tired to wait so long for my medical claim, my ID nr is 6410225117089 Mr F.J.Cilliers, tel nr 084 952 0973 , if people dont want to work, put someone who wants to work? Very bad service ****** a big problem
Why do they remove my complain i want my legalwise to be immediately be cancel, this is a really place to invest money for a legalwise they are sitting around and do nothing if they can't even help you at the branch how would they react in the court hopelessly, I think the best is clientele which will keep their promise, these are really lazy people been paid for nothing to do, that's why the post is is not for white people that's why every thing going backwards not forward?

Lotto throw the phone down if she wants me to put threw to the management, this is is really bad?

Bad behavior of Absa bank
I fill in a grievances report in against Absa, we did it the right but it's already 7 days today that we heard nothing from them?we got the full right to complain after the bad situation which my wife was treated and threatened, where can you take new staff to learn the work, but my wife had to learn them from scratch?my wife was really traumatized, this is really bad i got lots of incidents on my grievances form and want answers?

Already 3 judgements out for my medical cost and they don't obey the rule of the court
Please I ask very nicely because I send how many rewies out to RAF , with no response,I am Mr F.J.Cilliers I'd nr 6410225117089. and I was 3 years back in a 11 hours operation which cost nearly my life, I got very good law firm nl VZLR and Janine Pillay is doing my work to get only 90 %of my hospital money and my medicine cost in with out excess? She got already three judgements out for your people to pay our money with cost, yor people don't even come to court it's three spreads which they must pay my medical cost, but they don't worry about contempt of court, our public will be arrested if we do that?what respect do you got for the high court?I was in a accident on 2 February 2012 , the guy was unlegal in SA and was driving a taxi in front of me , he was found guilty and was reported back were he belong, and I was getting 100% percent, but really we are fighting and I can't use my medical because I'm on a blacklist because of our medical cost they don't want to pay after three judgements, this is really bad I wait now nearly three years and the sheriff came two times out and wait to put your stuff on a auction to pay my cost and my laywer cost with our I interested, but they still ignore us , disrespectful after the high court rule, you can see my reviews and you may know my laywer , please I'm asking for urgent help this is really go way out of portion, I respect your people I work also for the truth commission for two years and we must respect the law but after 3 judgements then there is definitely something terrible wrong, I can just ask for help from your side please, my laywer email is [email protected], really good person and hard working, it can't go on like this , thanks

But attitude of the RAF to nit reply and obey the rule of the high court of Pretoria
Hi Janine I send numerous times reviews to RAF and the lawyers they don't answer my reviews, I talk about your judgements against them an that the sherrifs is already two times out, if you got stuff from road accident funds then you must sell it , because they don't obey the rules of the high court of Pretoria, and I am really hazzle now because Dr's don't want to help me because I got a black name just because they don't pay our money, they must pay your cost and interest and all my interest and cost, I must really say you are one of the best firms and you did you work, we got three spread sheets which they must pay and it's along time overdue, really we must just put their things on the auction we got the right to do it, I right now already three times to them on hellopeter and did not comes one time back to me you can look my reviews?but thanks again for your great service and hope we can get it sorted out because I can't pay money cash for my medical because I am on a black list that is not right, I ask just please let's go forward, thaks

Waiting now over three years for my medication money and Dr's and specialist
Really I don't know the RAF, because Van Zyl Le Roux is doing my case, I'm hazzle now nearly three years to get only my medicine and dr"s money back, they already put me on a red list of not paying my accounts?there is three separate spreader sheets with accounts already outstanding since my big operation of 11 hours, they pay me out of my back on R 297 000,00 where the laywers. take 25%?the guilty part was a unlegal forreigner, his license was taken away from him the taxi was not roadworthy and he have to pay my bakkie who he bump in, this taxi owner must be sit in jail to give him a job, but he came away with nothing?how is our justice service,now I'm waiting were my laywer put my money which they own me already 3 years or more, and I must be patience? Your good name is bad because of them I must still pay my laywers 10 % percent for their money ?The court already give three judgements out to get the money from them?how can they not obey the law and we must, the sherif written their stuff up to pay but we still waiting for answers, and my money which they own me is just going up on interest who is gonna pay the money?really new people getting first their money , but the cost of our treatment and medicine, and specialist and blood bank must be paid first, this is really bad to not worry about the high court instructions to pay me a longtime, they was not even there, that's how they obey the high court, it's really bad they must bring them before court for attempting not to go to court and must be fine or been lock up?My laywer is Janine Pillay and did a great job where the RAF not worry about nothing, I want to know when will my auction been hold told sell their things to get my money wit more then three years interest money?You must begin with old cases my accident happen on the 07 February 2012 we are now 13 years later , must we pay bribes before you pay like the last guy ask me some food and cold drink?I don't pay bribes? Please everything is in a three spread of af different accounts to pay and already three judgements is out, and the sherif already take your stuff they must sell it or I will take it to sell it by myself? Your first customers come first I see how you pay new customers out because of bribe the hawks must come in or I will make a case?

Ek het n baie swak en slegte ervaring gehad in die tydperk van ongeveer 2 jaar waar law for all my daak gedoen het, ek is al baie Langer by hulle , maar deur hulle swak diens het ek net my betaling opgeskort ?totdad Moganat vdMerwe my ges***el het en gese het dat ek n baie goeie saak het en dat my saak vir n siviele eis baie sterk is van R200 000, van Mnr Loggenberg, ek het tot n dr gesien wat vir my briewe geskryf het saam met pgiaters wat ook geskryf het vir die skryf van n email na mawer and delport waar hulle heeltemal in my karakter ingetree het, hulle het die email na baie lekker versorei en daarmee groot verliese gelei van werk as n carpenter en kon ook nie meer my workers betaal nie?Mnr vd Merwe het gese dat hulle onmiddelik gaan inspiring om hierdie man te dagvaar en so is die saak aan Charne Keur gegee, ek het vir haar alle inligting gegee, en so ook die dr"s se verslae en die gevaarlike email wat hy aan mense geskryf het van my persoonlikheid en ook dat ek nie Normale is nie,en dat hy nie n dr is nie maar wat hy kan se?op dit is dit alreeds n groot saak?maar law for all het een voet vorentoe gegee en tien agtertoe so al of hulle nie hulle werk ken nie of net leeg gele?vir n saak wat solank al by n regsfirma le, moes daar al iets gedoen gewees het?dit is al of niemand weet wat aangaan nie, of hulle het nie geld om jou na n prokureur te verwys nie, want dit wat Mnr vd Merwe gese het was heeltemal teenstrydig wat hulle gedoen het?daar was so baie regsverteenwoordigers in die saak aangestel dat ek naderhand nie meer kop kon hou nie?hulle het toe n Bziko aangestel watter tragedies, sy het alles weer van vooraf begin met my saak?n email aan Loggenberg gestuur , nog geen antwoord daaroor gekry nie, en toe n registreerde brief, sy was meer as ses maande aangestel en net ***kol gedoen?ek het navrae aan haar deurgegee geensins beantwoord nie?ek het Mnr vd Merwe gevra wat aangaan net mooi niks van hom gehoor nie?hulle het my om die boss gelei almal van hulle, wat sal jy nie doen alles vir geld nie , soos ek se daar gaan ook korrupsie aan?nou kom terug na virseker dat julle my baie teleurstel om hierdie regsdienste aan te stel, ek was n voorstaander van virseker maar julle het my baie teleurgestel, meer as die helfte van die regsdienste se geld gaan na julle toe, waar soek ek ongeluksvoordele op my regspolis en's julle is ook besig met korrupsie om die mense so te bedrieg?ek soek al my premies terug vir wat hulle my nie diens gegee het nie viral die afgelope 3 maande en het al my dienste opgekort as dit nie vir Vd Merwe was nie sou ek nooit eens teruggegaan het na die korrupte spil nie, hulle cover mekaar, belieg en bedrieg so ver wat hulle Kom om hulle gatte te probeer red, kyk laat hulle nie eers weet van die vrou wat al meer as n maand bedank het nie, se alles hoe hulle my saak bewerk het , julle gaan in die oe gesit word met die swak diens en die geld wat julle so in die helfte split, dis waarom law for all kan nie prokureurs bekostig deur julle nie?dra julle kennis dat law for all al 446 rooi ster het vir swak reviews?julle moet wakker skrik en Ander regsmense kry wat naam het om ons regs geleenthede reg op te vat sonder agterbakse onderneming nie?dit gaan groot skade Lei vir julle, ek soek ook terugvoering van hoe persone in altwee se kant nl law for all en virseker , ek sal sowaar dit rapporteer aan die verbruikers unie van dit wat julle doen om geld te maak, dis n skande, ek soek ten minutes drie maande van my premies terug in my rekening vir niks doen aan my saak nie, die saak le al meer as 2 jaar daar en vir my kom se daar is nie meriete nie, watter kwalifikasie het die mense, dink hulle ek ken nie advokate nie, ek was die laaste twee jaar in die polisie net met die waarheid voorsiening sake saam gedoen, ek weet wat is my regte, hulle het so baie tyd van my saak gemors dat ek nou te laat is om n lasbrief uit te reik en so is my Naan nie skoon nie en die Dr's en psgiaters se verslae het geld gekos ?Wie gaan daarvoor betasl?en hulle is ook baie ongelukkig oor die saak?dit is uiters swak

Swakste diens wat jy kan kry
Ek is regtig lelik ingedoen met law for all wat deur virseker is, my saak is op n minimal gekonsetreer, en sukkel nou allankal om n uiteenkoms te kry, ek het so Paar maande terug my polis nie betaal nie aangesien ek geen diens van hulle ontvang nie?n Mnr Mogamat Vd Merwe het my gebel en gese hy is baie jammer wat gebeur het , en dat my saak die hoogste priorities gaan ontvang en n mevr Bziko as my regsverteenwoordiger gesit?baie goed gegaan die eerste Paar maande en daarnacis ek belowe dat n email aan Mnr Loggenberg uitgestuur gaan word en as hy hom nie beantwoord nie sal hulle n registreerde brief uitstuur by die werk waar hy nou werk, dit was n saak van n siviele eis waar hy my sleg behandel en gese het, tot my Dr het n ver**** ingegee by law for all, ek het baie geld verloor met my kaste as n carpenter verloor soos hy my naam deur die modder gesmeer het?die swakste wat ek ooit al teengekom het was die wise hoe law for all die saak hanteer het, Mevr Bziko is al meer as n maand bedank en so het law for all my bedrieg dat die saak aandag geniet, ek is nooit op hoogte gehou van die skrywes nie en gevra dat hulle die saak moet verwys na n prokureur toe, intussen het hulle nog gemaak of Mevr Bziko nog daar werk , verniet e posse gestuur, sonder dat dit beantwoord word?is dit hoe n regsmaatskappy werk?hulle het my weereens die swakste diens gegee net om my geld te steel?ek het vir hulle gevra hoe hulle werk en hoekom het hulle my nie laat weet deur die bedanking van Bziko nie, hulle het gemaak of daar niks gebeur het nie, die saak is weer deur Carne Keur gehanteer en gese dat dit nou weer die hoogste aandag geniet, en dat dit nou verwys word na hulle management vir n besluit?dit is Mos bedrieg wat hulle nou praat, hkm moet die saak nou weer terug verwys word?die saak was van die begin aan my gese dat hulle die saak gaan hateer op die hoogste vlak, en hkm het hulle my bedrieg met Bziko wat nie eers meer daar werk nie?die saak het omtrent 2 maande gele by die management vir n besluit, ek het navrae gedoen en net mooi niks het gebeur nie?Charne Keur het so nou en Dan probeer opcover maar jy kon sien hulle bedrieg jou die maatskappy, hulle is die swakste regsverteenwoordiging wat jy kan kry?jy kan maar se dis al asof hulle korrupsie pleeg met jou geld?tot vandag weet ek nie hoekom virseker meer as die helfte van die bedrag kry nie?dis hoe hulle werk ?alles net n geld maker en ons mense moet net betaal?ek het al vanaf Bziko net bedank het en eers na n maand agtergekom my geld terug gevra vir werk wat ek nie sal betaal wat hulle nie doen nie?hulle is regtig baie sluims en van agteraf?nadat Stacey my bel en met allegiance verskonings kom en dit probeer om jou die skuld te gee het ek agtergekom hierdie maatskappy Wil net geld he, en dit is korrupsie?Stacey probeer om op te cover maar ek sit met Mnr vd Merwe se briewe en Bziko en Keur hoe hulle my belowe het dat die saak nou aan n prokureur oorgegee gaan word, soos ek se ek het hulle al baie lank maar ek betaal vir dienste, hulle gaan twee tree vorentoe en tie agteruit so swak is hierdie maatskappy?gaan kyk terug hoe lank is ek by law for all wat ek my goed op hold gesit het van hulle swak diens, nou soek ek my laaste 3 maande se geld terug vir hulle gelieggery van n werknemer Bziko wat met my saak gewerk het wat al meer as n maand bedank het, het Stazey toe al wakker geskrik?nee sy kon nie want sy weet nie wat om haar aangaan nie?swak werk van onder af tot op die hoogste vlak?en waar virseker income skep hulle net van die geld wat hulle vat vir hulle eie gewin, waar ook korrupsie inkom, Is al wat ek se julle het my saak so in n luintjie gehou dat alles opgeneuk is, julle het my meer as n jaar in n lyntjie gehou om die laaste uit te tap wat julle kon kry?saam met virseker, virseker moet antwoorde gee hoekom hulle meeras die helfte vat van die geld, by regsgelde hoef nie ongelukseise in te Kom en's vir virseker om voordeel uit te trek by n regs aangeleentheid nie, mense bly so ver weg van die twee maatskappye asb, en het reeds vir al my families en vriende die waarheid vetel van hulle agendas bly net weg asb?dankie en asb moenie se dat my polis nie gekanseleer is nie, want ek het dit op hoeveel emails aangebring, sit my geld net terug in my rek

Misleading and ***********
Law for all is the worst company and was previously by them to promise me they will take my case?they just playing for time , don't come back to me and Mr vd Merwe said my case will been taken, I stop my premium because I did not hear from them about months?this people is *****ing our money and don't had any laywers in Johannesburg only Cape Town, they just help me with nothing ?then the case must going to their senior department, and then every thing is so long okay, and then they have to send it to the directors who is sitting the whole day on their assess and don't know even what is going on?the case was just lying their also to play for timing?this was a very important case for me and all the facts was there,really this is a bad company and also their directors is just collected our money to put it in their pocket?I was working my last 2 years only truth commission and I had a good experience with lots of advocates an SC, it's 15 April 2025 and I got only till the 22 July 2025 time to put this civil claim in, it like everything is in order and then suddenly their is nothing going on, they play this game on me to ***** my money, and got so many family and friends who is also by law for all just because of me?don't come and tell me you can do nothing and this or this story, you email him and also write a registration leer to him, I ask you from the beginning give him a letter off by a sherif, but you just keep me hanging on and don't know what is going on around your people?if you don't want to take my case pay all my money back to me?you ate a ******* legal firm and make the people happy under false information from you, you are really bad?how can you work from Cape Town and you just do nothing because what can a laywer did from Cape Town, I will also let my family and friends rather go to outsurance and to clientele who is from the beginning honest with you,o you just mess up my case? and he came away with ******, I told you also I will pay you 25% of the commission, but you can't think and he gonna go to a other guy and also insulting any person because he is getting away, you insulting also my integrity, with this case, you got about 4 people who don't know their job to work on my file, you us a directors must lift up your assess and look around your business which paying you a fat salary for nothing. Now I want your people from day one how you work with this case?you mess up from the beginning? I want it on paper and don't even to try to cover up then I will explode of your ******* business? I am waiting for answers and know excuses and don't tell me to fill in again forms in, you won't wasting my time ?I am waiting and will purchase it on media where I can and I want my money back till I pay it and between I stop it where you did not do your work, the time is going and I am real fed up with your people?you are just there for law for all to ***** our money?
