TRUWORTHS ONLINE IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE. THE RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS IS PATHETIS AS WELL. THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING PORTAL. YOU ORDER STUFF ONLINE AND THE PROMISED DELIVERY IS 5 WROKING DAYS...THIS IS LIES..WORK ON 4 WEEKS . WAKE UP TRUWORTHS...YOU STUFF IS IS NIT CHEAP BUT IT SEEMS YOU SERVICE IS. AND SADLY ONCE ORDERED, OUR ACCOUNTS ARE ALREADY DEBITED WITH AMOUNT DUE AND PAYMENTS NEED TO MADE PRIOR O RECIEVING THE ITEMS. SORT OUT YOUR SERVICE????? ITS IS BEHIND VERY OTHER ONLINE STORE...WORST SERVICE LEVELS
THE AFTER SERVICE RECEIVED FROM SALES AND TECHINALC SUPPORT IS ABSOULUTELY PATHETIC, YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS ARE CLUELESS AND FAIL TO GIVE ACCURATE FEEDBACK ON QUERIES, /TECHINCAL SUPPORT/ FIBRE. JUST CONFUSED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS. TRAIN YOUR STAFF. TRY CALLING DAILY , AND YOU SEE THE CONFUSION FROM THE AGENTS.
<p>i have 2 returns and it has not been collected. i emailed the customer service and never receeived response. i called like 6 x in 3 days and everyday its false promises. they just do not believe in calling you back or giving you a response. i dealt with Thandi , athi, and oscea. i am irriated and want feedback. further to this you can never get hold of a manager to get a response. this month ..spree is a nightmare to deal with..</p>
<p>i have sent numerous mails to Zando and tried calling them , however i get no reponse on my order. they do not answer calls. surely knowing that is the time everyone shops, they should hva eokans in place to service customers. compared to spree and superblist, Zando is pethic. Up you game ZAndo, get some tips from spree and superbalist. they are execellent all the time.</p>

<p>We have reached the resort only to be told that there is NO 3 sleeper for adults !. We have been given a room with a childs beds right next to the toilet. It is unacceptable that we paid full fees and we get this kind of service.Very frustrating.</p> <p> WE WERE QUOTED 2 X DOBLE ROOM AND 1 XTRIPPLE ROOM ALL AT THE SAME COST (FALSE ADVERTISING) I AM SO disgusted by the GM Marian , he is arrogant and refused to assist us in anyway -- no business ethics ..just corruption all the way. we already forfeited 1 nights accomodation due to Marian and fastjet --cancellation of return flight. once you pay for your trip, do not think there is assistance. their attitude is take it or leave it. no appologies either , just arrogance from a currupt travel agent</p> <p>Further to this we requested single beds per individual and was given a double bed in the second room.</p> <p> Just to note that we are livid with the fact that the flights were cancelled.As the travel agent surely you would suggest a better airline than Fast Jet</p> <p> We are devastated . due to health reason I can no longer use my virgin active contract so I requested for the GM at the branch to assist me and requested if I can change ownerships.<br> she was very good in forwarding a positive response, however when we went to the branch to finalise the details , we were referred to Aarti.Narain, who was totally confused , although she was cc on all mails from her boss, she gave us the run around and was very unprofessional in her feedback to us. she requested that we come back the next day, which we did, we did go a bit early, and she was busy in a meeting, then she confirmed she will see us in 10 minutes, only for us to be waiting and then she ignores me and goes into another meeting. I am really irritated with the service we receive as Virgin active clients, even if you go there to query something the staff members cannot give you any information, Virgin active needs to train their staff to treat clients with importance and please invest in training your staff to deal professionally with clients<br> now I await feedback from Reabetsoe.Seabela.....her mail to me was simple yet no one can fulfil her commitment to me.
I MA FUSTRATED...I have been calling both outsurance and tracker since Monday. outsurance requested I fit tracking device on my new vehicle. I have been calling tracker to get assistance sicen last Saturday, they are giving me the run around ...they do not pitch up has confirmed to fir the device..3 times now. I advise outsurance and now they make it my problem. tracker is outsurance's service providers and no one at outsurance is taking the time to go the extra mile and assist me. I am just irritated with both service providers and the its sad people have no passion to assist clients anymore day 6, still no feedback, its this really so difficult to resolve from outsurance's side

I am client of Outsurance for 13 years. I requested a new quote for a new vehicle. <br> I am disappointed that they are willing for me to go to 1st for women and they refuse to match the the quote.<br> all because according to them my vehicle is high risk. they classed my quote by the vehicle I a purchasing and not my history. I am really disappointed with outsurance, it is pure arrogance according to me.<br> wake up outsurance, you can do better and just refuse to take chances with your long serving client.
