Terrible service

I took my son for a blood test on the 11th of March and to date we still don't have an answer. I emailed them on 18th of March to find out what is going on. I got told "apologies for the delay, we have sent the results now to the referring doctor. Guess what today is the 20th and the Dr still does not have results. You try call them on the numbers listed on their site none of the numbers works. What is gong on, this is blood tests for reason! My medical aid has already been charged and they have been paid and almost two weeks later still no results!!!!
