I have in the market for a new vehicle. I found a good vehicle at Imperial Bloemfontein . Zack and Amanda were helping me with this deal. I want to say thank you for the dedication and great service I have received from both. You are truly a great example of top class service.
I will like to take the opportunity to thank King Price for the professional service I received during my claim. My claim was handled by Rieka Swart.
I have order parts fro the Hobby Group in May. They used the post office to ship my parcel. The shipment was done on the 22nd of May 2018. I have on many occasions tried to contact the post office for assistance with no luck. they don't answer a email or phone.
I had my quad`s head send in for repairs from a local dealer in town. The recieved the part on the 15 of May . The instruction to continue with the repair was given on the same day. Up to now we have not recieved the parts and the attitude from the Yamaha sales person was unproffesional to say the least.
I had a personal loan with Woolworths, after I had paid the loan in full ( 14 days ago) I recieve a sms message reminding me there will be an installment deducted from my account. So I phone them to clarify the details. After I spoke to the lady she put me on hold for 8mins when I decided to end the call and to see if they will call me back. I soon release this will not happen. Poor service to say the least.
<p>We went out for a Sunday family breakfast as the Local Spur in Lephalale. After we placed our order we waiter 35min for our food to arrive. The kids food arrived first but with no butter for the toast. I asked the waiter for butter with no luck. When my wife and my food arrived there were no toast or butter. I first waited 5 min before asking the manager why the service was so bad he did not give me an answer. After 5 more minutes with cold food and still waiting for toast I told the manager we were leaving due to lack of service. </p>
<p>This is the original complaint as I never recieved any feedback from the bank.</p> <p>3 Months for an answer I have applied for an increase on my existing RCP loan in Feb 2016.</p> <p>In 2009 a business partner left me with over a million in debt and disappear, I had no choice but to Sequestrate.<br /> In Sep 2014 I rehabilitated and the high court of South Africa granted my order.</p> <p>So I was informed my application has been declined because of my Rehabilitation, I honestly don't understand how this can influence me negatively and the fact that this is an existing account. I also have a Credit card, Cheque card with an overdraft at the same bank.</p> <p>I have never missed a payment on any of my accounts.</p> <p>After I complaint they requested documents that the lawyer don't have as the case was closed in 2014.<br /> It's now 3 months and I am still waiting for an answer, I feel this is unprofessional and I am considering leaving Standard Bank.</p> <p>I am a Private Client with Standard Bank but have to say I don't receive the service I pay for.</p>

Dear Mr David Bailey please explain to me why nothing has been done regarding my complaint and this is almost a month later? <br> <br> I have sent the branch emails with no response, is this the kind of service I can expect from Cash Crusaders?<br> <br> I need an answer.<br>
