Green Motion do not refund my deposit , after many enquiries they just reply that the deposit was released but your NEVER appear in your bank account. The typiccal respond then is that one must follow it up with your bank. THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDESNY PROOF OF THE REFUND. THID IS *****

Poor service and theft
We ordered meals form Burger King cape gate on 10 April 2021 just after 19:00 and paid for it in the store. Our order number was 834. We collected the packet, drove home, sat down to have our meal only to discover that the kiddies burger was not included in the packet. That is extremely poor service and theft form the customer.

I received the SMS below Order number a2007435883 is ready for collection at Builders Express Willowbridge. The Builders Team. I go all the way to the store to get told my items I paid for is not there and they have absolute no idea who send me the sms????

Shocking raise in pricing!
I was in total shock to discover yesterday to notice Pick 'n Pay had raised their prices in this difficult Covid financial times on essentials by R3 per item for items priced between R40 and R70. THE INFLATION IS ZERO TO NEGATIVE. This behavior is robbing loyal customers. Please let's stand all together and not buy at this store in protest against this shocking robbing of customers.

Poor service
No contact number available at ant of their centers to talk to a human. The item I wanted was available but not in the specific type on the web site. I then try to get in contact with the supplier, however their website direct me directly to takealot. How frustrating and disappointing that takealot have so much control. How did this happen, who allowed this. Then takealot SMS me to collect from their Tigervally pick up point however the QR code link did not work and did not open. After a long time wasting struggle at the pick up point we managed to find the QR number. After I left takealot send met hte e mail with the QR code. Very bad practice. Poor service. Be warned rather go to a shop and buy that you want pay for is and get you correct item immediately without waiting for days and working with and inefficient delivery company.

Not able to track vehicle and incompetent to provide account statements.
Netstar is so incompetent that they are not able to activate my signed debit order fro two vehicle tracker devices, they do not send out any notifications of arrears in payments ( which is totally due to their incompetence ). they do not respond to any written queries regarding this matter. I request them to provide the locality of my vehicles. meaning they totally useless and will not be able to track ones vehicles when stolen.

Non delivery service
order FPNK-277-B890, items ordered 9 June 2020 and not received to date, on the website loot specify 1 to 7 days delivery. they do not respond to e mail requests, their help line is turned off due to the massive backlog. they only respond once one use swear words out of frustration. then in their respond they mention that it will take another 3 days for them to respond. #67459-99976. this it totally NOT acceptable. This business should not be allowed to operate.

Pathetic unreliable insurance
My vehicle was stolen in Unhlanga buisness centre a year ago. The vehicle was insured by Outsurance. They did not pay me out for the loss of the vehicle stating due to disonesty they were not able to locate the vehicle on the CCTV monitors where is was parked on the side of a buisness. Their Assessor arranged to meet with me on this site however he visited the CCTV operations room before the arranged visit on site with me. It can clearly be seen that this was pre arranged on the photo provided that he look directly at the camera to ensure it focus on us. The CCTV camera swivel 180 deg. It is not my problem that the camera did not focus on my vehicle at the time is was driven to the side parking where the camera is not able to pick ul the parking area. From above experiences with Outsurance it is clear they go our their way to find any small item NPT to pay out.
