Monday same saturday madw contact with Thabiso who is my sales person and he said he will log a call and i did not receive anything, monday i told him no one came as he claimed he is not in cape town and again yesterday no onr came or called me till today. Its thursday today and still im without an alarm and no one from ADT has called me but at the end of the month you will require your instalment, i stay in gugulethu dangerous area but that you do not care about. Please receive this email as a notice if my alarm is not restored today i will cancel my contract with you and i will not be liable for anything. And please change that **** decice you installed for me.
My claim has been rejected for no gp referral and my glasses for funds being axhausted but I have available funds and to top it of I had to enquire from them they did not send me communication. I was expecting my medical aid to say we will pay the scheme rate and not to expert me to go to the gp request a letter for a specialist and then they pay for a specialist that means they will pay 2 times now they cannot pay 1 claim and for my health only I paid R1700 but I have a medical aid.
Good Day I have a complaint against Hendrik Du Plessis, in 2015 I did an enquiry for a debt review and never got to actually go through the debt review, as they never arranged any debt for me, but now I have a note on my credit record that I am under debt review. My problem is if I had gone through the debt review and did not honor the payment then that can stay under my name, but if they never negotiated anything for me for all these years how can i have a status of debt review while they never did anything for me? I really need your assistance as this has been bothering me for years now. and my enquiring if i remember correctly i did around september but they listed me under debt review in November 2015 obviously it was because i was no longer interested in doing business with them this is really unfair.
making a decision to port my number to FNB connect was the worst decision I have ever made, its a scam to eat up all your money, from the 10th August up until today I have used R463.00 on DATA only besides the one they allocate to me and the sad part their airtime you can not buy anywhere its only through the fnb app of which I also find weird. don't ever agree to their contracts, its a trap.
I bought 1 gig Friday this morning was finished bought 250mb today at 09:00 now 21:30 it's finished I regret porting to Telkom.
I enquired about debt structuring in September 2015 and within a month cancelled and that was in October but I still have debt safe on my itc record as if I am under debt review and I requested them to sort it out and they have never even paid one of my accounts I would understand if I made any payment with them then cancel. Now I get rude people that just tell me there's nothing they can do. Advice debt safe it's a no.
