Absolutely outstanding experience i had with CSSI today! Their hard drive pricing is unbeatable and I was searching everywhere and many places have no stock on drives. Genuinely the best I hav found anywhere in SA, and it made upgrading my studio NAS server a relief as we about to go into Easter productions. I placed my order for multiple drives around 7am on their website this morning, and they delivered it all the same day which was a big surprise as I was not expecting any delivery today, let alone a deliver i placed few hours ago. Kathlego, the driver was super friendly. I finally found my supplier for fast and great pricing and could only rate them 7 stars if I could and definitly be back for more storage needs. 5 stars all the way! Thank you CSSI
These people are like a ******** syndicate. I paid 2 months ago to get installation, Then they told me reason not working because the current month service not paid. Gritting teeth, I paid them for January even though had no services in December - and guess what - STILL NOT WORKING. they promised to send a technician out. That was 2 weeks ago. Now they saying I have to pay to have someone come out to fix it, after doing online problem solving for 2 weeks and dozens of hours explaining same issue and no resolve. I had to log onto my neighbors network to even write this review, as 2 months, paid for service and now they refusing to hand over the line to another provider. Stay away from these people. Its shocking. Google reviews are a ****! How can they be 1.2 stars here, and 4.1 stars on google? And for every negative review on Google, they have 5 5 star ghost reviews. Clearly a syndicate!
Dudu kheswa so called manager is shocking and unbelievable as a capitec manager with no people skills whatsoever! She says their so no one higher then her in the branch to help and insisting i still deposit funds into account that was defrauded and reported a year ago. I was defrauded on my capitec account and immediately alerted Capitec and they still continued to change me fees and more fees for all the illegal transactions i had no access to my account on. They had someone else name and email on the account details. I've got all the proof from their own system i took photos from when i was trying to solve. Clearly this fraud happen from within Capitec as you always need finger print to change details. I was blocked out of account and now they demanding i pay in to get my account closed! Every time i can to the bank they said they cannot issue q new cars, because they had no new cards. I spent fortune on travel and part-time fees for nothing. On top of this they still have not called me back to advise of investigation results or refund the money. Don't back with captured this is the streets they don't share with you. Clearly an inside job on the fraud.
