i have been disappointed by this company once again. its shocking that they are still in existence. their customer service does not exist. their items are not worth the money u pay to be honest. I bot 2 hoverboards,a gokart and an escooter from them in late november. from the time the items landed its been nothing but issues. eventually they uplifted the 2 hoverboards in early december, with my grandkids having a day of good usage. today its the 4th of feb i still have not received the hoverboards back. U CANNOT call them. if u email u get bounced emails and then an automated reply. Their watsapp is the only communication but theire again its hit or miss. i get told now the courier refuses to dekliver and has returned the goods to them. i wasnt even informed the goods had left them. i still have no clue wats going on. I AM AFRAID TO SEE THE condition when i receive these, thats if i ever do receive them. im so disappointed i wanted to buy 2 more gokarts but i am so so so afraid to trust this company again.
1. Had a pothole cause damage to our car tyre and rim. Dealt with a mr sipho. Filled in all forms. Gone a month. He hardly responds to emails, watsapps call or emails. Simple thing to sort out yet made into a mountain. 2. Further hav asked him to ensure road gets repaired. Same bad service. Y y y ?
I opened a packet of choice assorted 200g and it was stale despite it being more than a month away from the best before date. Bakers tells me they will not replace the biscuits or compensate in any manner. How uteerly ridiculous of a multi million rand company who sels such hugely outpriced biscuits
i have had my luggage damaged on a flysafair flight. they respond to me initially via email and then for almost 2 weeks its radio silence on emails and watsapp. horrible backup service
What wonderful customer liason. i had purhased an elbow guard for myself due to encountering tennis elbow. The little air pocket in it was damaged. i email the company to ask if i could purchase a spare little air pocket gizmo so i could use the brace. A lady at Orthotex Lezanne Bester answered my email saying she would send me the item at no charge. Besides sending the pocket, she sent an entire new brace with the pocket. I am gobsmacked. What a staff member. What company. I am your supporter for life.
1st time im using the asap pnp del app. Order placed 12 o clock. Email scheduled for 2pm. Ecentually no delivery and they say tmrw. No help on toll free or watsapp. Useless. Will never use again. Stick to checkers 60/60
i have just received myself and my dads dstv bills. i pay annually. they have included BoxOffice rentals on PVR for R 35 a month<br> ive never ever had this on. i bet they claim computer error. all those who dont see this are just going to cough up !!!<br> they need to be fined for trying a scam !!!<br> <br>
my boxer needs a 4th engine. 4th engine in under 3 years. just abt 40,000 kms on the clock. and they lend u a less than half ton vehicle for yr 2.2 ton vehicle while the repair takes places. Last repair from july 2015 to jan 2016. what an utter joke.
hi. The pavilion branch of game discount had a 4 day advert for their relaunch. when i went to the store on the 2nd day there was no stock of nutella and koo baked beans. I went in on saturday the 3rd day and then again on sunday morning the last day. NO STOCK. I asked the info counter for a rain check to be told they would not do it. I complained on their website. Received a call a week later from somebody in the pavilion and he tells me i can come and collect 1 product at the special. What utter hogwash. I wanted 200 of the item and spent 3 trips for this. He blamed supplier problem, until i pointed out to him that the 2products i wanted were from different suppliers. To me they just put in the adverts to lure in consumers hoping we would not find the promotional items and spend money on other unwanted items.
the first problem we had with this vehicle was in December 2014 or January 2015<br> Vehicle went in for repairs, when it came out it was still problematic and a new engine was required.<br> <br> we eventually received the vehicle back with a supposed new engine in I don't know which month - I can check if necessary<br> within a day the problem started again.<br> we sent the vehicle back to Peugeot.<br> <br> After they kept our vehicle for 3 months saying new vehicles were coming in for swop outs, we have received the vehicle back a week now and it is still faulty<br> we were promised a tradein on 1 vehicle and a free swop out on the faulty vehicle, a deal on which Peugeot has reneged. saying they made an error. I have email proof of the deal.<br>
