I went to the lyttelton capitec branch to open a credit card. The person assisting me was Nicole, she does not have the knowledge to assist me. I requested her to get someone the knows how to do the job. She just look at me without saying a word, then I asked to ssoeek to the manager. This then quickly turned into a accusation that im insulting. This was the wusrt I've ever been treated at any bank in my life. One star is still too much. I bought wors at food *****s market, Waterkloof Ridge branch. The chicken wors was 3 packs for R100 and the beef braai was 2 packs for R100. At the till I noticed that the price was incorrect with R40. I called the manager and informed him of the price difference. He the told me that he had to update the system for the price to be correct. This is theft, how many people were cheated out of there money because the prices are not corrected on the system. Please people be on the lookout for this **** that ***** the people's hard earned money. I just wonder how many times I've been ****** from as I did not check the price of the items at the till. Customers beware!!
My bad experience started at the end of our meal. I wanted to use my phone number to claim my rewards points. The manager told me the i have to download the spur app. Up until now I used my phone number. I told the manager that i don't wont my details on the spur website. I then ask the manager to assist me with this issue. He then told me if I don't download the app he can't help. I told he that he should make a other pan to assist me. He refused and just walked away, even after I call him back. Spur is now *****ing my points and did not use my R50 vouchers that was available. I've lost all faith in Spur, you can cancel all my rewards and voucher as I will no longer use them. When i started with rocketnet, everything worked like it should. Now after a few years, my 300/150 line only gets 11/7, it constantly looses the internet and I'm fed-up with poor service. At the best my internet only gets 150/100, very poor as I'm paying for a 300/150 line. I hear that Afrihost is a good option will switch after the new year as there is currently a backlog
I rented a pump to drain my pool. I drove to hire all in Solomon Mahlungu, they quickly assisted me and I drove home to use the pump. After about 90 minutes the pump was obviously not working properly as it ont removed about 15cm of water in the pool. I phoned them, returned the broken pump and went back home. I also rented 20 meters of the flat pype. This pype was so so full of wholes that almost a third of the water was sprayed all over my garden. The fact that the pump didn't work and that it had to be returned is one thing. The fact that the staff didn't even apologize for the inconvenience that Hire All put me through is the wurst. I would recommend that people how won't to rent tools, definitely make use of a different company or a different hire all branch.
The ex SAAF member had a function at Blackwoods bup in Centurion last Friday. The day was very memorable and it was great to see the old faces again. Our table of 6 put in our orders, these came after a very long wait. The manageress expedited and assisted in bring the food. My order was incorrect ans she said that she will fix it and brimg it to me. She then can with about 5 waiters and asked the who took my order. The waiter that took my order was Prince. After 1 hour 20 minutes, my food was still outstanding. When I left I spoke to her in the Bar. She didn't respond and only look at me. Very poor customer service. I hope this is not the way Business is done there.
I recently changed my tracking company and here are my views. I was fully covered till the 23 rd of th month with my previous tracker, the cartrack salesman was informed as to when the new tracker was to be installed. First they didn't stop bugging me as to when they can come to install, this was 28 day before the installation date/start date. They then informed me that a day before the installation I would be phoned to setup a time with me. This didn't hapen, the morning of the install I was phoned by the installer that he would be at my house in about 20 to 30 minutes. I had to change my plans for the day to accommodate the installer. The installer then asked me to move my car back about 1 meter. After I switched the vehicle off he then told me that it needs to stay on for him to do the pre inspection. I was anyone as he could have told me this before the time. After the installation was completed a inspection was carried oit again. Documents were given to me and I had to download the cartrack app. The next morning I opened the app and found that the installer had incorrectly read my vehicle type in on the system and the certificate. I contacted customer care at cartrack and was told that this was not very cerious. My car is a vw Touran and not a Toureg. I feel that this information is extremely inportant if my car is ****** and someone has to search for it as the shape and size of the vehicle differ completely. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and told her everything. She then apologised and I informed her that this was not good enough. I requested her to follow up and give me proper feedback, this is now been 15 days and they haven't even come back to me. Real poor service no follow-up extremely poor customer relations, a one star is far too high. Harry
I ordered a pool timer from Dealhub, they took my money and sent this via email to me: we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. Remember delivery is 7 to 15 business days, tracking will be sent as soon as it becomes available. Since this message almost a month has passed, I have sent emails and phoned many times, but could not reach anybody. Finally yesterday I got someone on the phone, I was tolled that they will escalate the issue and this will take 2 days. When I asked the lady for her name she simply cut the line, excellent customer service. Please avoid Dealhub they are full of empty promises with no service or followup to the customer, they have taken your money so you are at there mercy.
