Bad ER experience with no care in the world and bad attitude from management I took my mom to the ER and were never triaged or looked on for so long till I had to complain. Ive logged my complaint and to be dismissed that all protocols and procedures were followed but when I requested a clarity on the protocols I was sent an email by Marisa Marais that the matter is closed and no further updates or response will be made when I still have question marks Horrible hospital with nursing staff with bad attitude
I have received an excellent service from FNB Law on call,claim has been handled very well. I have an ongoing case that was refererred tp Ramsay,Wessels,Baloyi incorporated They are an excellent firm representing me am so happy with how they are handling the case
Old mutual why are my late sisters kids taken from pilla to post to claim for their late mothers retirement annuity?Eldest one was called by OM SAMMY MARKS and they even called relatives who are distant that she needs to come and make a claim,claim was made but has not receieved the funds when making a follow upmwas told the other child must make a claim we went to make a claim at OM Mabopane central city and was told he need to make an ID before he can claim a birth certificate cant be used. We have made an ID and went to claim at Mabopane central city last week Friday and were sent back and told we have claimed and when we told them we havent,they issued my mother with forms to fill why not help with filling the forms as my mom is uneducated and those forms are complicated for the kids and my mom to fill? what was so hard with filling the forms for them instead of sending them back to fill the form? pay the money and stop everything coz your staff definitely dont want to work
*****elent death claim that was made whereby claim forms were filled as married but no evidence of the so called marriage was required. My late sisters boyfriend made a death claim and you processed the claim without following due processes and even required supporting documents

I received a call today from Mutshidzi Mutsinyalo for the addition of cash back policy but only to find out that he has created a new policy with same beenfits but higher premium and he didnt disclose the information with me and **** that my previous policy which is Get up step up has been discontinued. current policy that he made doesnt even have yearly increments Metropolitan has ****s as consultants who are just in a hurry to make sales. I want my policy re instated and the one created today to be immediately cancelled
I have made a claim with momentum last year December and it was handled and paid out fast to fix my car and was helped by Zanele Mtshali and now i had another unfortunate incident and have made a claim and its handled very well and so emotional and impressed by how Momentum is handling everything I just hope they will also make a follow with the person who drove recklessly and now my policy will be affected. big up to FABIAN APPEL AND KEAMOGETSWE LEGODI who are handling my claim now.
A consulted called me around May wanting to upgrade my funeral policy with ABSA life,I agreed as there was not much difference in my premiums But yesterday when I requested my policy document I found out that my old policy has been cancelled without me knowing and my father in law who is in my old policy is not added in my new policy. ABSA consultants are a **** coz all along i thought my father in law is covered as i have had my policy for over 10 years now. They must gibe me recordings where i requested for my policy to be cancelled
