Rude and unprofessional employees
I bought pizza at Debonaors in Humansdorp main street few minutes ago. The pizza was squashed and box was not closed properly. I showed the cashier immediately and asked her to repack it.she rudely took the pizza back and threw me with my money. I advised her I'm going to report the issue. She said I can report her she does not care. This is not the 1st time I'm getting such treatment from Debonairs on Humansdorp. Few months ago I bought triple dacker large it was dry and burnt I even showed them proof.

Delayed order
I'm really disappointed about the service I received from Temu. I place my order on the 30th of July, with the hope that I will receive it before the 8th because I have a graduation to attend on the 9th of August. However from the 30th to the 5th the was no movement, no updates regarding my order. If I don't get my order by the 8th,I will never use their service again.

I would like to applaud Andrea working at the Humansdorp branch.This is one of the most friendly,patient,professional ad helpful staff at Standard bank that I came across. she is a star employee and make a big difference in the lives of customers. BAD SERVICE
I left my employer on the 9th of May 2025 and submitted my claim on the 2nd June 2025. I followed the instructions to a tee - but I have not haven't received my funds. I received an sms on the 13th of June stating that they've sent my claim to Sars it will taake 2-3 working days. On the 23rd of June I called and spent almost 30 minutes on the line - the lady advised me that my claim was sent to Sars on the 13th, she will escalate it to the next department. I just called again today the consultant advised that there was a duplicate my claim was sent twice to Sars, cancellation of request will take 48hours. Can someone please assist me, I need this money to pay for my kids fees.

Bad service
I placed an order. According to the tracking you have been unable to deliver my package. I have been home all day and no one arrived or called me. Where is my package?? You also dont answer your phone. Yesterday I received a notification that my parcel is delivered but I did not get any parcel

POOR, USELESS SERVICE
I'm a student at MSC BUSINESS COLLEGE in PE. I passed most of my modules well, but I failed 1 LEARNING and DEVELOPMENT in 2020. I tried to register last year but it was too late because registrations were already closed for this module. I spoke to my Principal last year around November, she said she will use the funds I had in my account for registreaion for year 2022. The balance outstanding as per Student portal is R 6468. I sent an email to Bonang today advising her that I wont be able to pay the full amount, I will pay in instalments, but she rejected my proposal said I need to pay the full amount upfront before I'm booked for classes. where the hell must I get that amount, and I know very well some students were allowed to pay in installments. I was not aware It is a standard procedure at MSC that REDOs are paid for upfront and not in instalments.

BEST MEDICAL SERVICE EVER
My Daughter was admitted on the 17th of this month at( Peads Ward). Sister Peter and every one in that ward , I'm exceedingly satiesfied with their professionalisim and commitment to excellent nursing care. The medical services my daughter received duting her stay in your hospital were exptiomal. I'm so grateful, wish we can have more nurses like you.

worst service ever
I just experience the worst service at Shoprite Usave in Bethulie. 1. I was told by the security to leave my parcel on the floor because they dont a parcel counter, 2. I waited 20 minutes to withdraw cash, there was no one at the money-market and the manager (Letta) was just sitting there staring at me instead of calling someone to assist me. you need to employ well trained staff. I hope this wont happen again.
