I ordered a water inlet valve on their online site for my washing machine. The incorrect valve was delivered to me. When I tried to get in touch with them through there online platform, whatsapp and Facebook I got no response. After a few days they responded by telling me that someone from their parts department would contact me which also never happened. It's now the 2nd week and I am still waiting for them to contact me to sort this out. They do not answer when I phone. They also do not reply to messages. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them. This is the worst service I have ever received from any company
Cell C mall @ carnival has *********** staff with very little knowledge of there service and products. My phone was ****** during a *******. I went to carnival mall to get a new sim card, after explaining to them what happened they did a number port (after I enquired if a sim swap wasn't what needed to be done, seeing as the ****** sim card was cell c and I was told by the women working in the store that there is no difference between a port or sim swap). The next day my new sim card was still not active. I phoned the call centre and was told that I need to purchase another new sim card and phone in to do a sim swap. Another day without a phone. More time taken to resolve my problem. More expenses as I again have to drive to the shop to purchase another sim card. This is unfortunately the 2nd time I receive bad service from Cell C Mall@carnival.
