bad attitude alongside with bad service quality

I have asked Fourways Dry Cleaners to clean some of my cloths. However few days later when I went there to recollect them, my cloths were in such horrible quality, having holes and looked more like a mop. I complaint on it but what they were saying was even more dreadful, they were blaming me for that the cloths were originally like that so they claimed that they have no responsibility. It was such a terrible experience I had from them and I'm really worried if others were gonna be experiencing similar like I had.
