I am a caterer and i received an order on the 14/06/2024 from MARTIN NOKO,email ; [email protected] confirmed and the food and drinks were made.cost R9,380 😥. He never came to collect the order.On the 15th he sent me a ***** Proof of payment with an incorrect account number and he blocked us on whatsapp and never rep**** to the emails..HE IS A ****MER AND I WILL OPEN A CASE AGAINST THIS COMPANY.
I am soo disgusted with this service. I received a call yesterday and while on application i realised i wanted to cancel and after that i received a Debi check of R3000 and i declined. I have been on their WhatsApp since yesterday. CAN YOU CANCEL THAT APPLICATION PLEASE.
I spoke to a lady Ayanda in Collections Department that placed my call for 20minutes and dropped the call.Called back and she dropped again...I am taking this query to twitter if this matter is not handled ASAP..I arranged a debit order with one of the consultants and the DO never went off. I had a 6 month loan that i settled on the 27 August 2021,I was informed because i did not add my ID number as reference the payment will be allocated manually by Finance department and it will reflect in my account after 48 hours.It was escalated on Thursday 02 September 2021.
