Seroche Kortje is the meanest customer service agent ever. She is *********** and rude. She hung up on my boss while he was enquiring about his parcel from Italy to South Africa. We called her on 010 300 1996 which was provided on her email to my boss. She needs to be fired. We have called her back 5 times and she is no longer answering her phone.
Useless bank ever, Nicole from capitec complaints department (0860 88 88 59) is a ****. She sent me an email on Thursday at 8:59 am promising to look into my complaint and stated that she will call me within 2hours. It's literally 4 days later and there is no call her. Even after I called the complaints line on the same Thursday around 1pm and to my luck Nicole answered my call and **** that she will call me back before close of business. Capitec needs to remove the stop on my account and stop ****ering around. You have all the documents you asked for and now there is no reason for you to leave this unattended. Nomfundo is probably a female version of Jesus because she is the investigator assigned to my case but never responds to any emails. I need Nomfundo's manager to do what Nomfundo failed to do in the last 14 days. It's almost 20 days now and Nomfundo has not reached out to me regarding my account. I need someone who is going to fix my issue because Nicole and Nomfundo do not know what communication is let alone customer service.
This has to be the worst and the ****tiest bank ever to be registered in South Africa. My savings account was placed on hold on the 31st of July and my bank did not bother to inform me via SMS or email like they would normally do. I went to the Birch Acres Mall branch on the 1st Aug to enquire about the deactivation of my banking services and the consultant that morning was useless. She had no interest in assisting me to resolve the issue timeously. I have taken the liberty of following up on this case with the bank and each time I contact the bank consultants I am treated like a nobody. No one cares about explaining what is happening and setting realistic expectations concerning the time frames. I have been proactive on this matter and I have followed all of their instructions but still, they claim to have not received any communication from me (via email) with the supporting documents and an explanation of what happened. Today ****erally 2 weeks later) I have re-submitted all the required documents and forwarded the emails to them again for the umpteenth time. I hope that they will make themselves useful and actually activate my account because I have given them everything they required of me and went the extra mile. Tomorrow morning I will be going to the branch and I hope that the manager will be able to disable the stop on my account or get someone who can because there is no reason for them to deny me access to my money. I have been promised callbacks and emails from the capitec ***** department which have never happened. I feel like the ***** department is a ghost department with no real employees working in it. Everytime I ask for a number to reach them I am told that they do not have aa number, and yet they never acknowledge receipt of the emails I sent to them. I will definitely move my funds to Absa bank after this and bank with them because they know how important a client is. Capitec bank can go to hell right after they have released my account from the hold. What a ****-show you guys are running there.
I love it when I can get an immediate response to my queries regardless of the time of day. That is what you get with Bonnie, she is very friendly and always willing to help. Her communication skills are the best in any type of situation. I wish she could help other businesses with customer service as well. She is a true gem!
My friend has been with ikeja for over a year and I got to use their WiFi on one of my visits. They are super affordable, and the quality of the connection is excellent (does not buffer when streaming movies online) Did I mention that their data is unlimited?! Wow! I am totally excited to use their internet service. Called in earlier, and their team was very professional and made business easy. I'm officially a FAN ??
