Absolutely frustrating! Bought a G4HG complete engine on Tuesday, on advisory I had to change the intake manifold and tapit cover. Once we took off the Tapit cover from the bought motor, the rockers where broken! I contacted Boston Japtech and they agreed to replace the head with a gasket and R1000, as per communications with Fernando. He dropped the head off after hours (which I appreciate) but no gasket, promises to send a driver in the morning with the gasket. By noon I have not received a gasket. It's Friday now and still gotten a gasket (last part needed) and all communications with Fernando only seems to be delay tactics, by right they were supposed to supply a new engine, but I did agree to the cylinder head swap as a compromise. I am still to receive the R1000 refund to pay for the engineering, I am an entertainer, and thus the weekend the car won't be running thus leading up to loss of income. I have send a message this morning and not getting feedback.
Agreement on their side mean sh*t. Twice a debit order was pushed through early, as the agreement was for the last date of the month. Last month it was pushed through on the 25th and this month on the 23rd, completely putting my budget out and destroying my children's Christmas! Phone lines don't get answered, Whatsapp portal means nothing, replying to an email gets you nothing. Heartless and don't give a f*ck attitude and they then want me to honor my agreement? After me making the effort just after losing my source of income after covid lockdown.
