I'm am only giving the 2 star due to the customer service received from Gogo Mdlalo. The attitude I received 29 Aug at 16:43:25 was very bad. I complained about the pricing of their so good yellow curry coock in source. The price on the shelf is 14:00 and on the till is 17.50. I questioned why they are not.fixing their prices as it was not the first time I complained about this. I further showed her the photo I snapped on the shelf. The response I got from the cashier is that if I do not want to pay on the till price. I asked if that was the way sheads resolve or handle quires, she responded by instructing her colleague seating behind her to take out the price tag from the shelf which she eventually did. I paid and I left as I was in a hurry on the day. A customer has a right to get the item on shelf price but this was not the case and it was not the first time
I placed an order was placed on the 14th Feb and the estimated delivery date was between the 27th Feb and 1 May. Amazingly i received my package on the 22nd Feb. This is amazing Leadtime and the package was what i ordered at a very reasonable price. Considering that the shop international, i give them all stars for service and delivery; moreover i received what i ordered and their commitment for late delivery and damage is amazing. They have exciting products anything you can think of. i will buy again and again with Temu. They are making online shopping an amazing experience.

My mom (OLGA Mhlongo )was recently ******* by the Clientele sales person to join Clientele funeral plan saying that he was checking whether she qualifies and that she will recieve free groceries every month. Right now my mother just received an SMS saying that R310 will be debited from her bank account mothed august. I phoned clientel on behalf of My Mother stating that she want to cancel and can't afford; however the consultant did not want to listen and neither did she give me an alternative to use for cancellation. I ordered from debonairs proteaglen and paid online. My order took an hour and 30minutes to arrive and even when it arrived the order was in complete and the driver said he will bring the remaining item. It's been another hour and 55 minutes and I'm still waiting for the remaining items. Hunger has really delt with me whilst waiting for items I paid for and no delivery. I'm even thinking of phoning to request for my refund cause clearly they are not willing to deliver
it is with grate regret with the bad customer service experience from the BP Express in Corner Loveday Street and Village Road in Johannesburg. 1st I had an incident where I went to the shop to buy some milk, upon getting to the shop; as I was picking the carton of milk, the next carton of milk that was packed next to the one I was picking off the shelf split, when I picked it up I was meant to pay for the split milk and that was in early 2019. When I tried to reason with the manager the attitude I received from the manager was not good and eventual I ended up paying for that milk. • The staff behind the till point is very rude and does not have customer service and the manager has the worst attitude eve. • When they have specials, the goodies that are supposed to be given out with the special is not given, just to make an example. The recent lunch box special have been nothing but a way to make customer buy more from this shop because the 3 lunch box special I bought from this shop, no lunch box was given and not even an apology for not giving the lunch box was given • The recent one is the one that occurred this Saturday; I went to the shop to buy and I forgot my book. Today I went to the shop to request if they can check their cameras for me to know who might have taken the book cause I am a regular customer there. I was taken from pillar to post, pointing at one another to can assist me; eventually an Indian guy who calls himself a manger refused to view the cameras and sited that he cannot view the camera all because I lost my book. I then requested the owners details of which he also refused giving and then I requested to know when does the owner come he said the owner comes whenever he wishes and he is adamant that he will not give me the owners details. In Dec 2015 I was called by one lady who is Altec Autopage consultant who called me regarding my cell phone upgrade(New cell phone) since my contract was due to expire.She gave me a choice of couple phones that would cause my normal instalment to be high I refused saying that I do not want to pay more than I was paying. She then offered me the Lumia 640 LTE at the same instalment that I was paying and also said that I will not be debited in Jan since there was a special, I then agreed to the offer .The Phone was never delivered in Dec 2015 , Jan 2016 until I phoned thier offices in Feb 2016 complaining about their service and yet they were debiting my account, I also complained about the fact that in Jan 2016 the debit went through yet they promised not to debit. After waiting for a long time to get my phone I eventually got the Phone late in Feb 2016 somewhere around the 21st .Upon getting my phone I waited to get my refund since I was promised that the issue of debiting in Jan is under investigation. Eventually I was credited R 180.00. yet on my account R274.50 was deducted. I was later migrated and the contract agreement changed without my knowledge and agreement. thank u
