This Store specifically this store is a nightmare even if your 60 location uses this store managers are useless and look for every way out ,I was even Shocked when Suresh phoned back as he never does,and that was just to see if he could find a loop hole to get out of the **** I don't see why I need to go to other management or escalate a simple issue the manager vouod have solved by applying the 10% discount and then calling the IT team to lock that 10% off in store for the reminder of the month what useless managers and yes I am in IT so i know how your 60 60 works let's just say I have a very close relationship to the scanners the zebra tc 52 and tc 57 that are used for the store side usaged I personally feel the 10% off was active before going to swipe at the teller and should have been pushed by the manager it literally shows on the app one store visit of 10% and I know it works as i have done it before this is utter bull**** that he saw it didn't work, trying to claim the cars discount of individual items were the discount that's the blady individual specials for certain items never got the 10% off always have issues with pricing never matching the shelf ,they refuse to look at anything he saw it didn't come off he should have app**** a managers 10% off i am never using that that **** useless store again I had to go through 2 other managers before I got to the Suresh because they didn't understand the app concept or the monthly 1 once off 10% in-store off for shopping even Surresh couldn't **** his head around this concept *** how *********** ate your managers that they don't even know how things work yet your temps and cashiers do *** is wrong with you I want that 10% off credited to my checkers account this is absolute 💯 bs checkers is becoming more of ripoff then a savings so much for delivering your promises nothing from this store when 60 69 is used do you get in 60 minutes ,orders canceled late or missing items and they say not available but if you wait a few minutes and order again we used someone else it had the items *** Seriously need to up your game especially with Saint Johns Checkers
This is for the 6060 app that is supposed to have a 60 minute delivery promise which they've advertised internationally multiple times Uber the TV or through the point of way of making order and it has taken from an estimated 2 hours to now, an estimated of 4 hours. I'm now at 3 hours and a 1/2 of waiting for my order. And the ETA seems like it's just growing. I also found that call center which was no help they had the audacity. To tell me that while my order is being made. Other people are also getting the orders picked, but the point is that once you take my money. That order should be prioritized as important as I know. That has how it's supposed to be that everyone else has paid is also the As high as a priority As the next person as much as the next person. So I would like to know how you are going to apologize for not living up to the national announcement that you have made been able to deliver in sixty minutes but have failed to do so, your app Doesn't do as it's cause it's going to by giving you a 60 minute. Wait as you've advertised so clearly Not to mention when I called the Call Santa the person that IS like. Oh, but somebody else is getting this while they picking and making other people's orders. Now the whole point of 6060 was I put an order down. 1 person goes cause I know your process. People walk in and they see new stores that they go in. They shopping with the p. D. It is ready. This is all supposed to be done in 60 seconds as even your advert originally showed. Then my second gripe With you guys is specifically in the St. John's store. After you'll revamp, the prices went up if I go to save the PAVilion the prices are cheaper They are actually accurate to what you take off-the-shelf VS me going through a store with the camera. Yes, I have video footage of this even adding up on a calculator getting to a till and not finding the same add up hell the 1 day an old lady was buying lipstick and it was supposed to be 25 ran and it ended up being 57 rent VS. What was on the shelf listing They're speaking to your managers on multiple occasions. They promise to find me never did they wrote down in their book, they never find me back. This is the only store that seems to have the issue of pricing. They'll have a sign saying 2 for 1. But then you end up buying both for different prices. I mean there's even a doesn't add up the discounts for the Or the fruit and vegetable cumber of take any four I've noticed other things don't get put on Then they Say It Only tells up a the beginning of the system. But you can notice it while they swapping through that it automatically starts to add and because I've worked on retail systems, I can't kind of see they're talking a lot of b*******Obviously it has to ring up everything at the end. But what's helping me? I'm now 4 hours later. And I am still waiting for my order from 6060. What is the point of making an order at quarter to 12? Now beinow, I've been quoted to 4 and still not having my order even sorted and picked for when I was told on by the cool scene to overlook. That guy aint actually picking for it. When the app says completely otherwise and hasn't moved from that. But you were quick enough to take my money yet. You weren't quick enough to actually do my ordering placement and delivery. You have failed and need to be legally held accountable for your false adverti*****t of order and get in 60 minutes. And this is odd because I generally have great service from you guys. It's just that 1 particular store that sucks. And obviously this is the first time experiencing ****py experience with your with your 6060 app. And I expected otherwise regardless of the season. 4 hours is no excuse because add I've gone into checkers which I actually have ended up doing out of garden everything a whole lot cheaper. I have seen and heard your manager Swear at staff which is not. It doesn't say a good President, and it definitely does not speak volumes. For your brand you might want to correct that.
Sold me a used and to boot it off defective smart box ,which is not even a smart box ,has not company brand behind it ,device came used with a profile back from 2017 on it sluggish as hell for that supposed tech spec, not a google certified device so i could not even use it for the the purpose of DSTV ,device even when updating, reinstalling does it fix apps from constantly crashing on it unit takes forever to start up there is not site for this device for firmware it one of those scam units sold from china that offer nothing but issues, specs are not as claimed is an obvious notice as its slow as **** where my pie3 runs faster then it and is way under spec then it ,the site offers no refund RED flag NO.1 they only want to offer instore credit which why would you want to when they sold you **** from the start ,repair or replacement, that in itself is against the consumers rights in South Africa and seem to be operating by different standards this unit the MSQ what ever you add to that they differ in shape or size some look even the the same but spec wise are not and is definitely not a smart box, is a known issue on the web if they were reputable why would you sell something that is known to be like a lucky packet scam that has no affiliation to any known brand or manufacturer , buyer beware this SITE looks good But is dodgy, the fact that they wont do a refund shows its a money grab SITE STAY AWAY FROM SNATCHER they only want your money!
Absolutely disgusting I was asking to have a fibre line upgraded they could not do that they women kept running backwards to her boss to get help if that was the least of my issues I have been there almost every month to get a contract canceled and even had it cancel and still got billed because they canceled it incorrectly, had to explain to her the legal matters of how a 24mnth peroid works and 30 day notice period works then I noticed that a customer has an issue and ask the lazy that assistded me to give the the them to give them the escalatuon email as they have been there longer then I have were to olderly people with their son trying to get a hold on the situation where is the manager as per usual he hides, last month someone asked for him and he was told he wasn't in when I had just seen him go in the office and it's always the case he is never around when people need help, so I showed the lady my employee no. Yes I work for. Telkom and ****ing ashamed that they couldn't assist those people and get told the customer isn't my problem but I work for telkom therfore should that customer satisfaction and service be my no. Priority the manager walks to me after I ask the lady to give me the escalation email for them and he parades like an asshole shouting at me seeing its not my business I intend to see that this store fronts a better image of telkom, I know in my division we kiss the customers ass why because we care and want our customers to be happy and do ever in our power to make sure they are happy and with an above 90 % SLA if the store could not even assist me how do you think a customer would be treated it's apuling to see that happen to an elderly man with a brain tumor I am sickened by this, and by that managers attitude he should have thank you for your concern let me address it and get their issue resolved not shout at me I wasnt going to make a scene but now not only did I not renew contacts of of 2 products I canceled them due to that store each time, where the Hell. Is Wilson when he was in that store there was never a que and everyone was served and happy common even the other staff that where there where did the customer service go and why can that manager never seem to be present you need to get him into the concept customers are king especially in our business 1 customer might not be much but millions of customers can cost even more then 1 business loss so all you need is one customer to make issue, I even gave my employee no. And where I work to prove I was who I said I was there has been alot of change that has made Telkom great again new subsidiaries new bosses re alignment of telkom etc we don't need this store pulling us down Telkom. Needs to look into this and I don't want an apology I want that manager to apologize to to that elderly couple that was there with their son and to everyone he has never helped and turned away by getting his staff to say he isn't there and the service of customers needs a big improvement there, I literally canceled my services out of shame and disappointment that it was to much effort for them to upgrade my fibre line and previously phone contracts I just said I'm done just cancel it they couldn't even do simple upgrades to much effort it's like you need to be grateful that anyone sees to you in that store of the Pavilion mall store of telkom not happy felt ashamed to be hired by telkom as customers mean everything to mean
I posted here and was told i would be help almost 8 month later i found out someone closed it,t o the help and assistance of Wendy that was shocked i wasn't swearing but could hear my frustration she even said she would have been worse then me if it was her now Pe...... missed up and he needs to be disciplined for it and the issue corrected , i have all the communications, to prove that it should have been approved but i just Got Ignored by said person and constantly tries to duck and dive talking to me when ever you try to get hold of him it rings ,he's off on vacation then why didn't someone else take it over in his absence ,to he has no power when the load shedding app says otherwise and there isn't today in any event, to even ignoring his watsup ,was told he would call but he failed to call even respond to my last attempt to correct this ,i submitted all the documents required when the one person told me all he needed was one last one , he submitted it to the wrong email address and now refuses to acknowledge his wrong doings he wont even reply or communicate even when he sent my proof that he sent it where you can see that's not my email address ,so i will hand it over to a lawyer and the ombudsman which already think i should just sue and be done with it for breach of contract, misleading a consumer of a service that was not rendered and paid fully if i had not paid i would have understood it but i was doing everything even tried to lesson the cost to the company by doing the quote myself as shops just wanted to much to do the repair and came up with insane amounts that shouldn't even cost half and that's with labour and making a profit i cut it further to prove i didn't want to rip off the insurance i was just claiming against an accident now imagine that the vehicle was just cosmetic damage it would have had me being stranded for putting my trust in a company that says we dont talk with forked tongues totally hurt by this experience reccomend that no one uses them after this
In December i had a near miss that almost cost my life due to a reckless driver from a DSV Courier truck in order to avoid complete write off and death i jumped pavements and other road structures ,long story short emailed the claim of the damage asked if there could be a claim down for the facial damage of my bike and waited months eventual got tired of waiting that and work got excessively busy mi originally sent and email with all the details even the police ar case no. photos of before and after and from December last year till now they recently ask me they would check with the lawyer then consult back a few days ago then they send me a mail saying do i wish to claim for my damages , *** did the laywer even read anything that was attached did the representitive read anything i asked if simply could you pursue it either way then get asked if i want to pursue it and i pay a premium every month why?? please contact me even my previous claim i had done was missed up by delays that cost me out of pocket cause your agent delayed things and was supposed to collect the item with a salvage company they could never seem to understand at that point i was working 7days a week and tried to force me into when it was suitable for them ,I'm still waiting for them to call and arrange a collection even asked again which was ignored to boot could i throw the giant paper weight away anyhow pleas contact me ,as I'm going to seek legal add as why even if you cant pursue the 3rd party for the damage due to their negligent driver why not assume that i dont want to proceed to claim to repair the damage even if its a claim against me anyhow im levered and actually going to try and find another insurance company as it seems you update things without notice and fail to contact people when they contact you and say sure let me find out and come back to you then never do .hell even when i got the claim registered i got told that it was the wrong claim no, and was closed with out even telling me why?
Have yet to get my refund from a fraudulent sale that proof was gonna even to show that he was indeed not selling as per adverti*****t or sale agreement of specified software and I feel the person just doesn't reply I have yet to get the refund sent the details as requested for a refund and nothing no update nothing ,asked other people but still haven't gottent a reply from him or update what happened to this Money-back guarantee you openly advertise on your site
Do not buy keys for software, not iced after my complaint that someone else had the same issue, complained to bidorbuy ,he sent another false key not as described as the sale ended up asking for a refund due to bidorbuys money guarantee back policy and I'm probably gonna complain with them as this is the first fup and they are doing nothing interms of a response
I gave a quote for a PC and ups that got ****ed by a line surge the most ****edup thing is that I'm a IT tech so I know the items are dead from multiple components failing but here's the funny part I submitted my claims last week Thursday then I called when the guy was out on lunch and was accidentally told that he hadn't uploaded the files I sent him for a review ,now I gave you the best prices where my PC original cost was well over 40k ,and ups is like R 15k,I submitted the notice the 1st may and had to find a it tech to give a damage report now in Google searches it shows you have results In little then less if 8 hours if everything is quotes for ,then I know they won't be able to be the quote cause if you went to someone else you would not be looking a R2k for a ups and 37k for a PC that is a high end gaming PC you would look at like for like there for at least 50k on that PC and 14k on the ups now I'm ****ed I get a phone call from him making excuses and all I was able to put together is that he didn't even said it if you listen to the. Hi, I am currently experiencing an issue where if i use a vpn i can connect to them now as that being said those as limited to size of data which won't get me the serviced running indefinitely ,however when i spoke to them they said this being PSN even the PlayStation site is blocked,valve steam,origin ea,epic games ,blizzard battle.net that its most likely a isp blocking the services that their ip's are most likely being locked out i haven't change any settings on modem, routers or cpte unit that being either the vumatel fibre connection point or of the d-link supplied by telkom, and i know that i'm in good standing with them however those ip addresses for those companies services are being block by my isp which is you or its may be a service down which peculiar as an IT tech that is one working for one of the subsidiaries of telkom have never had this happen and normally this would be an account or service ban issues from that company to the isp for that person however due to being able to log-into the account from a vpn or accounts in question as-well as support from them verifying that i'm good standing with them is likely that your blocking the IP's of those companies ,therefore i conclude the issue as they said as well would be from the isp now i see that other people i know using telkom accounts are not having this that leads me to think its one either like when telkom had an issue with apns on the mobile network a few years back or service issue but that doesn't seem to be a valid theory as i can access the internet ,there fore since i have made no system or modem \router changes it is most likely a an isp ban of those companies and as to why playstation or any of those gaming services would be banned is perplexing where i can't even log onto the site proves the valid point of them being blocked,please assist by either resolving the issue or resetting my ip address,is it possible to make it a dynamic ip if not changing it would be fine,i do not have the funds to nor should i have to a vpn to use a service i am rightfully using and paying for,wait i have been hung up on ,lied to and waited for technical support to phone to actually do their job,i have logged over 3 tickets and not a single response ,then after numerous times they tell me to call sales to change an ip address where as that is technical and why the hell would sales be involved when the ISP is to blame for the sudden ***** up of failing to offer a paid for service called the internet please help me as soon as possible every time i ask for help people either put the phone down or say they will help then put the phone down and nothing happens please contact me via my cell asap for further information to this issue and to help me resolve the issue, i use my weekends when not working to relax not being able to relax so fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated, and and A huge side note you may want to consider getting restructuring of your call centers that work of a pre - scripted scripts,and getting more people in that can be phone to dell with issues remotely as they are called for having someone talk to you that has literally no idea of what is or the usages of the internet is,is a bad idea,i don't care who i deal with but when Being a tech the last thing i want to hear is an individual that has no idea of what they are dealing with,employ people with the right s**** for the job if not they should be like okay the ref no you gave i need to move transfer you call to teir 2 support and so fourth,this whole matter could have literally be fixed in 5min by just a simple resting of an ip address or the system bans that for some reason that have been placed and yes i monitor my usage and its not in breach of the fair usage policy either and there is supposed to be an exclusion to game updates to some extent if i read the policies correctly, no notification other then email for telkom is done and that shouldn't effect me as I'm clearly not using that,however i know that they are trying to do there job to the best off their ability ,some only honestly trying to help Other then this train smash i can't complain to much the service after all the bumps has been rather smooth or resolved fairly quickly kind regards jonathan britz
