WebAfrica must get accolades of being the most useless provider in SA. You cannot call them and are forced to their chatline. Their agents do not have a clue how to assist a client with a complaint. They just pick AI generated answers from a menu. Nice at first but very irritating after more than 15 chats. Then they transfer you to provisioning from technical is the fault is with them. All these agents every time off course ask your personal details short of shoes size. Then provisioning transfers you back to technical EVERY time. I have now "chatted at least 8 times to both departments. And stil they have not the capability to identify and fix this very simple problem. WebAfrica also owes me a month's credit because they could not supply me with the service I ordered in 14 days. And after that was fixed (worked for a week) I have again an incorrect service of a 40mbps line. I have never before dealt with such incompetence. Do not know how this will be resolved as AI will reply to my complaint as there seem to be no competent manager anywhere in WebAfrica. This was promised to be resolved by last Friday 22 May. It is still unchanged and incorrect.
I have been struggling more than a week with a slow internet. I have a 250mbps line but only receive 50mbps. I have been on the chatline since yesterday and today since 08h00 this morning. They keep you busy for hours with standard generated replies. Last night problem was identified as metrofibre. Today after hours gets transferred to technical who eventually remembers last night's chat and resulution. Abruptly transfers me again to the agent i spent the whole morning with. She then just transferred me back to technical who I just spoke to.😡😡 How do you resolve an issue with such a useless system?
I orderred a new 250mbps line on 7 April. They gave me again a 100mbps line. Despite hours on chats with them. New ONT and new router I still only have 100mbps. They eventually concurred on Manday 27 Aoril that I only get 100mbps. Still not resolved after 48 hours. Pathetic and frustrating.
After spending an agonising long time with Willie, the Bot, with his standard replies I was eventually connected to a breath of fresh air with the name of Mpho. The very friendly lady assisted me with my problem. Changing a frustrating afternoon to a smile😊
Used to buy a few times from them without any hassles. But ordered and paid the last order which I am now waiting weeks for. Only feedback received is "order is being processed" Order is delayed. No further replies on any channel. And the same product is offered on sale thus they have stock?
It is utterly frustrating not to be able to contact them when you have a problem. The whatsup chat does not provide answers and no promised agent to chat to ever get online. Their delivery is fast but otherwise service is disappointing
Westpack Montana had notices in the shop on Black Friday that read: "20% off all store items" But no items were discounted when we paid for our shopping. When we enquired, they said the 20 % was already reduced on the racks. I have not seen any discounted price on the racks and seriously doubts that Westpack had ALL items in the store marked down by 20% only to put up the normal prices last night to be in order for today??
Quick, efficient service received from them
The worst experience ever purchasing a used vehicle form them. The order was ignored for weeks. very bad and unprofessional communication from the salesperson. The vehicle was eventually delivered but not free of faults. I note that this seems to be the trend if I look at other reviews.
I have only received the best in pricing, service and TAT from Jaco. Always a pleasure doing business with them.
